The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths, with easy access to many parts of Bangkok. Whether you’re heading to Siam, Silom, or crossing over to the Thonburi side, travel is quick and convenient. It’s also close to several popular attractions.

ที่จอดรถมีค่อนข้างเพียงพอและใช้งานสะดวก จุดที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือเรื่องการบริการของพนักงาน ซึ่งเมื่อเทียบกับสาขาอื่นแล้ว ยังรู้สึกว่าการเอาใจใส่และ Service Mind ต่ำกว่าที่คาดหวัง หากพัฒนาส่วนนี้ได้ ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักจะสมบูรณ์แบบยิ่งขึ้น
The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel has a fitness center, although there is no swimming pool. Breakfast was decent but fairly basic, with a limited selection. The buffet included an American breakfast, congee, noodle soup, a few Thai dishes, bread, pastries, and bakery items.
Parking was plentiful and convenient. The only area that needs improvement is the service. Compared with other branches, the staff’s hospitality and service mind were noticeably below expectations. With better customer service, the overall experience would be much more impressive.
