For privacy, we don’t enter private rooms without permission and there’s a sign in each room to request cleaning or you can inform our 24-hour reception anytime. We appreciate your comments and will keep improving.

We are also unsure what may have caused your dissatisfaction, especially since you returned after checkout and continued using our facilities for three days, and we were flexible in allowing that.
