It was our first hotel in Bangkok and it was pretty good. The room is clean, has a balcony, refrigerator and kettle. In general, everything you need is available. There is a subway nearby.

Nothing great but not worst either.Had issues with the a/c every day and even though it was fixed straight away it was quite annoying.At least the fridge is big enough and everything else seemed to be working.It was ‘aight for one.

Nice and quiet. Good location close to punnawithi and bang chak BTS stations. 7-11 just down the road and a great little Thai restaurant opposite.

The accommodation is clean, but the entrance is quite deep. There is a balcony to wash dishes, but the trash cans should be placed in double bags so that they are clean. When eating food, it will not get dirty. Overall, I like it. The price is cheap and economical for the price.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the parking lot, but the room was clean.
15 minutes walk from the station felt a bit far. There were only a few local food restaurants around.
There are almost no amenities and almost no services. It feels more like a rental apartment than a hotel. As everyone has commented, it's suitable for long-term stays and people who buy and prepare their own amenities, but I don't think it's suitable for people who imagine staying in a hotel.
