The hotel is connected to a mall next to Central Park. While the mall itself isn't great for shopping, it has plenty of dining options, which is very convenient for families. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere, and the subway station is also very close. Lumpini Park is within walking distance. The room has good natural light, a well-thought-out layout, and is very spacious. Our family of three felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This Thai hotel brand was a pleasant surprise! I've stayed at Dusit Thani in China before and had a great experience, but trying the authentic local brand in Thailand this time was even better. The breakfast was plentiful, the front desk staff provided excellent service and spoke Chinese, and the room's hardware quality was fantastic!

This is a pretty good hotel. The service was excellent, the A/C was strong, and the view was great. Now, for the issues: The bathroom is very large, but the drainage has a bug. Every morning, if you need to use the toilet, you still have to step on the water left over from the previous night's shower. It's not just a wet spot; the water simply doesn't drain properly. My slippers got soaked a few times. Later, the housekeeping staff put down towels, which solved the problem, but it made me wonder if other guests would be using those same towels. 😨 There's a nice bar upstairs where you can enjoy the Bangkok night view. Listening to music and feeling the breeze was very comfortable. My wife even got her wish for a towel animal, inspired by Xiao Hong Shu, which they fulfilled. Overall, we have a decent impression of this hotel. Just please fix the floor drain in room 807's bathroom!

We stayed for 2 nights before heading to Koh Samui for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely wonderful! The location, room condition, and service were all impeccable. The breakfast was truly delicious, and I highly recommend the bar on the upper floor too!

The hotel is great, with an excellent location. Compared to the old Siam area, this part feels newer and has a more modern design. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, and the pool is definitely a highlight. It's also connected to the adjacent Central Park.

Everything was great – the room was beautiful, the view was stunning, the atmosphere was lovely, and it was very clean with excellent service. The staff were adorable!

I stayed for four consecutive nights. The room facilities were good, but the window couldn't be opened, and there was a slight sour smell in the room, as if the renovation fumes hadn't completely dissipated. I tipped every day, but they never replenished the tissues until I put the empty box in a prominent spot. Also, the sink drained very slowly, so I had to alternate between the two sinks just to wash my face. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining and entertainment very convenient.
