My family lives nearby, so I booked another room for them. It's quite a good value for money, and the cleanliness is well maintained. The only downside is the noise from the traffic since it's close to the main road. On the day we checked in, the drain was broken. We asked the host to take a look, but they asked us to fix it ourselves, which was impossible to do. However, the host was very sincere and asked the housekeeper to come early in the morning. But the housekeeper knocking on the door startled us; it would have been better if they had called to confirm first before coming, as we sleep late. So we haven't slept well these past few days. Nevertheless, the host is very warm and enthusiastic, and I would still recommend this place. Though the elevator is also quite noisy, I wonder if that could be improved.

We absolutely loved this mini-hotel! The room was so cozy. Everything was brand new, super clean, and thoughtfully equipped. It's rare to find such a nice bathroom in a room. Even the shampoo and shower gel weren't your typical hotel standard; they were high quality, and the shampoo had a lovely orange scent. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided because the windows face the road and are wooden, not double-glazed. With the earplugs, sleeping was wonderful; the bed was also very soft, and the pillows comfortable – we just drifted into a deep sleep. It's close to Asiatique Pier and a metro station. Something to keep in mind if that's of interest to you!

The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven right across the street. It's a ten-minute walk to Central Bang Rak, and along the way, there are many restaurants and massage parlors. The guesthouse itself is quite tastefully decorated and well-equipped. However, the lighting is a bit dim, and there's no exhaust system in the bathroom. You have to open the small window above the bathroom door or the door next to the bathtub, otherwise, there's an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The room was much better than the photos, exceeding my expectations. The bedding was high quality and the room decor was very stylish. Check-in was super easy and quick – just contact the owner online via WeChat. The room smelled nice, no weird odors at all. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the shower water was wonderfully hot.

The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night due to the 'tutu cars' (likely tuk-tuks or similar noisy vehicles) downstairs, which were incredibly loud. Other than that, everything was great. The place was clean, and the location was good. I booked a suite, which was perfect for a family.

The room is absolutely lovely and very clean. My only minor complaint is the lack of parking.
