Bed is so comfortable! Got gym room and swimming pool, sad no sauna. Near Nana station, opposite to 2 famous club, suitable for nightlife lover. Convinient location.

Overall, we had a really good stay! The location was convenient, around an 8-minute walk to BTS Nana. Our triple room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the complimentary late check-out until 1 PM. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of vegan, halal and non-halal options, plus an egg station, coffee and juices. The only downside was the noise during the weekend, which could be clearly heard from our room and may bother light sleepers. Weekdays were much quieter.

I requested a higher floor but got a room on the second floor, which has a bar downstairs. On my first day, I couldn't adjust to the noise and it was very difficult to sleep.

We had a lovely stay at Pipa, despite the room being a bit smaller than what we are used to I think it was very modern and had all the necessary we needed for a week stay. The location was perfect in the heart of soi 11 and walking distance to nana bts station and terminal 21. We really enjoyed the facilities snd the view of the pool. The staff were adorable even though languages barrier was a bit noticeable. We had an issue with our shower on the first dsy vut was readily fixed as soon as we complained. I really recommend this hotel which is very value for money according to me. Since it was my birthday they also decorated the room before I arrived and left a piece of cake with happy birthday on it. Such a lovely gesture.
