Having visited Bangkok countless times and stayed in hotels ranging from budget-friendly to high-end, the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is one I wholeheartedly recommend again and again. It's perfectly suited for both leisure and business travelers! Check-in Experience: Chinese-Friendly, Five-Star Service From the moment I stepped out of the car, with staff helping with luggage, the sense of occasion was immediate. Check-in was efficient with no deposit required, and the staff were consistently smiling, gentle, and polite. Communication in Chinese was seamless, and any requests were handled patiently and promptly. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. As a first-timer who doesn't speak English, I felt completely at ease. Elegant Rooms: Spacious, Comfortable, and Cozy The owner, a Chinese-descendant, is incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite. The European-style decor is grand and timeless. The room was spacious, bright, and well-arranged, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent natural light and ventilation. The soundproofing was superb, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The central air conditioning was powerful, and all toiletries were provided and of high quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a spacious shower, and the suite even had a standalone bathtub. The shower had strong water pressure, consistent hot water, and quick drainage – a truly comfortable stay. Delicious Breakfast: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Eat to Your Heart's Content Breakfast is served on the L floor, with so many options it's hard to choose! It covers authentic Thai, traditional Chinese, and exquisite Western cuisines, offering dozens of choices. The ingredients are fresh and delicious – a true treat for the taste buds. The restaurant environment is elegant and can accommodate hundreds of people. Tables are cleared promptly, and hot water service is available. Each day starts with a satisfying breakfast that sets a happy tone for the holiday. Leisure and Entertainment: All Your Needs Met in One Place The facilities are clearly laid out and incredibly comprehensive: 10th Floor: An infinity pool for splashing around, a sandy beach area for relaxing and taking photos, perfect for enjoying the Bangkok sun. 11th Floor: A sky gym where you can jog while overlooking the city, complete with a sauna and 24-hour self-service washing machines. Even if you're just enjoying the hotel, you can still keep up with your fitness routine. M Floor: A tranquil reading lounge where you can enjoy coffee amidst the scent of books, escape the scorching sun, and soothe your mind while experiencing the slow pace of Bangkok life. In addition, the hotel also has banquet halls and meeting rooms to fully cater to business guests. I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, speaking excellent Chinese. The breakfast was also good. I didn't get to use the pool, which I was most looking forward to. The bellhop was great too; every time we came back from shopping, he'd proactively help carry our bags to the room door, and he assisted us with our luggage when we checked out. I especially want to commend the front desk staff. As someone in the hotel industry myself, I can say that the level of service from these front desk employees is truly exceptional, and they deserve promotions. Especially the night shift lady with the bangs and glasses – she was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, handling issues efficiently and decisively, and was very polite and professional. Excellent! 👍

The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It's a bit far from the scenic spots, so you'll need to take a taxi to get around. The breakfast was very good! 👍 There's also a small swimming pool on the 10th floor and a 24-hour laundry room.

Great value for money! The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself is quite new, and the rooms are tidy and clean. When I visited, some rooms were still under renovation. The location is a bit out of the way, and it takes over an hour to get to the city center. However, there's a large supermarket nearby, making shopping convenient. The breakfast is pretty standard.

Great value for money! It's so convenient here as the front desk staff all speak Chinese. The stay was comfortable. I originally planned for one night, but now I'm staying for three!
