The room is big and have a lot of space to share with your friends or family and the location is in the city also 7-11 is walkable and all staffs are very friendly and welcoming.

This apartment is fantastic! The room is clean and cozy, with all the necessary appliances. The host is very welcoming, and the surrounding area has great amenities and convenient transportation. I felt so comfortable and secure during my stay, and the value for money is exceptional! Highly recommend.

Very good travel i like

This is an economy hotel. Not a great location but close enough to the river for a cheap taxi ride. Breakfast is OK. Pool is OK. There is no restaurant and all food is microwaved. This place is nothing special.

We stayed at Grand Sathorn Hotel as a couple. At first, we were quite happy with the hotel, everything seemed fine and the overall impression was positive. Unfortunately, our experience changed when we found a cockroach in our room, which was quite unpleasant. Later, very noisy neighbors moved in next door. They were extremely loud, constantly stomping and moving furniture, which made it very difficult to sleep. We tried to resolve the issue with the staff, but unfortunately nothing could be done about the noise. Eventually, we were moved to another room. While it was quieter and better than dealing with the constant noise, the new room did not fully meet our expectations. The view from the window was not very good, and that was important to us. Overall, the stay was okay, but not great. Some aspects were fine, but the issues we faced definitely affected our experience.

Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their patience and politeness. We arrived around 10 PM Bangkok time, but the staff were incredibly polite and helpful with their explanations – the service was truly outstanding. The room had a bathtub, but the decor felt quite dated. Overall, it seems more suited for business travelers, and the room itself was spacious enough. The pool is on the 9th floor; you need to take the elevator to the 8th floor and then walk up to the 9th. The pool isn't very deep, and there's a shower in the corner for rinsing off. It was quite clean. This is an honest review.

Hotels like this should be delisted from Trip.com because the room and hotel looks NOTHING like the pics It almost felt like a scam where the hotel looks like a rundown place, with really old furnitures and toilets, and a strong smell in the room. I regretted staying here. Dont believe the reviews and the stars. If you stayed here, you will 101% regret it

Hygiene: Good, the room was clean. Environment: Convenient for dining, with a variety of street food stalls and Chinese restaurants at reasonable prices. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful. Facilities: The shower water temperature was difficult to adjust, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature.
