We informed them beforehand that it was a birthday trip, and they prepared a wonderful surprise for us! They even gave us a cake, making our stay truly memorable!

The location was excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The spacious lobby immediately created a relaxed atmosphere upon arrival. The rooftop bar was particularly memorable. Enjoying delicious craft beer with a great view made for a wonderful time. All the hotel staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Nice and big space room with bathtub. Walking distance to the train station Asok or Skhumvit (at terminal 21) And near to EmSphere and EmSquire mall.

The service was very welcoming, and the location is excellent, right in the city center with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The hotel is situated in a small alley just off the main road, making it very quiet. The room was also spotlessly clean. My only minor complaint is that the hotel is a bit old.

All your stress just melts away. The bar's service is also wonderfully discreet; orders are taken and delivered efficiently, and the staff don't hover or interrupt your conversations. This perfectly balanced sense of ease is truly rare, and we stayed until almost closing time, still feeling reluctant to leave. Overall, during my stay, I couldn't find a single thing to be dissatisfied with, whether it was the views, the service, or the amenities. It completely surpassed my expectations for this visit. I didn't quite like the hotel. It smells damp, and there's an unnecessary sofa that ruins the whole aesthetic. The bathroom is gorgeous, and the view is also stunning, but the bed feels small for a five-star hotel. I'd also like to mention that the bar is very small and poorly stocked. I can't say I recommend it; I'd prefer a different hotel.

The location, the friendly staff, and the exclusive services for business class rooms were all very satisfying. However, the toilet had a severe leak. When I requested a repair because the bidet wasn't working, it took nearly two hours. After that, the toilet leak became so bad that the bathroom floor was slippery and dangerous. I would have been happier if they had changed my room.

I enjoyed my stay at the hot, breakfast was good- lots of healthy options, gym is 24/7 and clean and swimming pool was good too and warm. Rooms are kept clean and meats

I stayed for two days alone, and then my daughter joined me on the third day. Since I had initially booked for two people and mentioned it at check-in, my daughter's check-in was seamless. After I left a $20 tip, toothbrushes and bath salts started appearing in the room from the next day onwards. Countries with tipping culture are interesting! The breakfast had great reviews, so even though I hadn't booked it with my stay, I paid to try it, and it was a very extensive buffet – definitely lived up to its reputation. There was almost no Thai food, though. I also checked out the rooftop bar, but decided not to use it as it had just rained. I forgot to check out the pool, but overall, this hotel has a great location, is clean, and the staff are friendly. I noticed there were many high-quality guests, mostly Western and diverse nationalities. Highly recommended!

This is my third stay at Radisson Blu, because I think it offers great value for money and a convenient location. It's just a few minutes' walk to Asok and Emsphere. Plus, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are polite, and I'll definitely continue to stay here next time.
