Excellent location and top-notch service! So glad I chose this hotel for my brief trip to Bangkok.

Good experience. Like the gym and fitness facilities. Good breakfast and easy access to the sky train.

Environment was clean, staff is welcoming, doors are always opened by them and they are very warmhearted to offer help.

The hotel is quite close to the BTS Skytrain, just one stop away from the Siam shopping district. I chose this place because I was going to a show at Paragon. You can see the MBK big screen directly from the hotel window, which is great for fans who want to check in with the screen from their room. However, the hotel is a bit old, and the bed creaks. The bathroom is very spacious. It seems there aren't many Chinese guests, but quite a few Middle Eastern travelers. Breakfast was good too, quite a decent spread.

The room was spacious, and breakfast was delicious. It was also super convenient to get to the shopping mall, just a 5-minute walk. I thought everything was great, but unfortunately, I only stayed one night. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Bangkok.

The room was actually much better than what the pictures showed online. The location is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. They even upgraded us to a suite when they saw we had two adults and two children, which was incredibly thoughtful of them!

VIE was definitely one of my top choices among many hotels, and here's why: 1. Traveling with 2 adults and 1 child, a bed width of at least 1.2m was essential. (After checking in, we found they even added an extra bed for us free of charge, which was perfect!) 2. As shown in the pictures, it's really not far from the BTS station, maybe 200 meters at most. (The hotel also offers a free tuk-tuk service to places like Siam Paragon and CentralWorld. You can book a spot at the concierge, which is more reliable, and they depart on the hour.) If there's no traffic, it takes less than ten minutes to reach CentralWorld, which is further away, even faster than taking the BTS. However, if guests want to go to, for example, Paragon, then Siam, and then CentralWorld as the third stop, it could take up to 30 minutes with traffic. 3. Our room (15F) was not noisy at all, with minimal impact from external traffic noise. 4. The hotel breakfast had a good variety (though after three days, it did get a bit repetitive). On weekends, it's served until 11 AM, and on weekdays until 10:30 AM. 5. The gym was a bit small, I didn't use it, but I saw personal trainers giving lessons. The pool was also relatively small; it's fine for a quick dip, and the side facing outwards is glass. 6. Small details: (1) The blackout curtains in the room were quite effective. (2) I disliked the glass design of the bathroom. If family members go to bed early or wake up early to get ready, the bathroom light would still disturb them. (3) There's an outlet in the bathroom, so you can use your own hairdryer (the hotel does provide one). (4) We received a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in, and umbrellas are available to borrow when it rains. 7. Perhaps the housekeeping staff don't speak much English (though I don't think that's the case, as they did provide extra towels and drinking water as requested), or perhaps the person who cleaned our room simply wasn't very skilled. If you're hoping for towel animals like the ones you see on [Xiao Hong Shu - Chinese social media platform], this experience was a fail, as pictured, haha~~~ 8. There's no 7-11 nearby (there's one across the road). Usually, we'd just buy some snacks and drinks at Turtle by the BTS station on our way back to satisfy our cravings. Overall, it's quite an international hotel, judging by the guests and the staff's ethnicity.

First time in Thailand, wanted to explore the malls, and it's not far from the Siam area. Took a tuk-tuk back and forth. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. We stayed for two nights. The room was also quiet.

The views are absolutely stunning, and the surrounding environment is very comfortable. Transportation is also super convenient. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they proactively opened the car door for us and even helped communicate with our driver. The front desk staff also had excellent attitudes. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay.

The room's location is excellent, perfect for exploring Bangkok. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and some even speak Chinese. They offered us coconut water upon check-in and always helped us with our luggage when we entered and exited.

This time we booked a room for three, but unfortunately, we didn't get one facing the big MBK screen 😭. Overall, it was still good, and I'd choose this hotel again next time! 😁

Great! It's super convenient for shopping, you can walk everywhere, otherwise, taking a taxi in downtown Bangkok can be a real hassle! Tuk-tuks also rip you off. It's located right between Siam Square and Pratunam Market.

Don't be fooled by the rating. 1. How can such an old and run-down hotel get such a high rating? The shower temperature fluctuates wildly and is impossible to adjust. It's more expensive than a Hyatt, but the facilities are on par with a budget hotel like Home Inn in China. 2. The service is terrible, and everyone is rude. 3. The breakfast is on par with a Hanting hotel in China. You have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee because the staff has to make it for you.
