An absolutely amazing hotel! Service: The lady who checked us in was incredibly gentle and beautiful, with an excellent service attitude. She even gave us flower garlands – so enthusiastic, I loved it! Since it was our honeymoon, they also gave us a cheesecake and decorated our room beautifully. And they even upgraded our room type!!! Cleanliness: The room was very spacious and incredibly clean. For a hotel that opened in 2009, it didn't feel old at all. The facilities were very new. A washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, and appliances were all provided, and the room was very quiet. Environment: The location is excellent, very close to Silom by foot. When we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi in our room, the front desk immediately sent someone to help us connect – so thoughtful! Overall, it exceeded our expectations. All the services were very meticulous and thoughtful. Every time we approached the elevator, the doors were already open. Downstairs in the lobby, the doorman also thoughtfully opened the doors for us.

The location is excellent, with several shopping malls nearby. There's even a morning shuttle service (plus a metro station) to get around. The front desk must have upgraded my room; it was on a high floor, clearly in a newly renovated section. The staff were very welcoming, and my week-long stay was very comfortable. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Breakfast was quite substantial, offering both local and Western options. It's very close to the Songkran festival 'battleground,' just a 5-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to the other side of the closed road. Downside: A common issue with Thai hotels – it's too noisy.

Perfect for families!!! Phenomenal pool! Excellent breakfast! Large rooms with all the amenities. Have stayed here a few times and will do so again the next time we are in Bangkok.

We’re quite disappointed with this hotel. On our first day, we found some hair (not belong to us) in the towel art on our bed. On our second day, one of my family members got locked in the bathroom (which didn’t have a phone inside). The staff was efficient and helpful though. She came almost immediately after we called her and solved the situation. The room was so worn out. I used to think Marriott is a trustworthy brand but now I don’t have this feeling anymore.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean, even equipped with a washer and dryer. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, and the restaurant offered a great variety, including freshly made noodles and chopsticks.

Excellent service and kind and efficient all good.

Extremely satisfied! This is my fifth stay, and each time has been perfectly arranged. This time, I even got upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which was fantastic! I'll definitely be back to stay here again.

This was my second stay here, and it was excellent. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are spacious, and they even come with a washer and dryer. There were also welcome gifts, and every staff member I encountered was very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

We love everything about this hotel! Great service from the very first start when we arrived at the hotel as we had early morning arrival time. The hotel staff who greeted us upon arrival on that day had made a delightful welcoming and impression on my family as we walked in and asked if we have early check in since we travelled with young children. The hotel receptionist told us that she would do her best as the hotel’s housekeepers usually start at 9am. However she suggested that we could use the gym facilities to freshen up.  When we finished freshened up, we  came down and asked if the hotel can call us on our mobile when the room becomes available. Right then we were told that our room was ready for us and it’s was by 10am-ish! We were so grateful for this excellent service and kindness from the hotel staff.  We got a two-bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of five. The room was so spacious, clean, in good conditions and functional - which met our needs perfectly. The enmities were all that we ever asked for and beyond! Our family would like to extend our great appreciations to all of the staff at Sathorn Vista Bangkok Marriott for their super helpful suggestions, friendly services and kindness throughout our stays. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family for the above reasons and also the  location of the hotel is a +. we surely look forward to coming back and stay at this hotel gain soon!  Kop khun mak mak ka! 🙏🙏

This was my first time staying at a Marriott, and I got a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom suite! Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially after exploring Bangkok's hot weather and getting all sweaty. My mom was particularly pleased, and my child absolutely loved it. The saltwater pool was very clean.

Had a great experience here! The service was excellent, very patient and super welcoming. The room facilities were perfect for a business trip. My old room was a bit noisy, so I switched to a new one, and the staff quickly brought over an air purifier. The newly renovated apartment was pretty good, though the Wi-Fi in the room felt a bit weak.

Pros: 1. The room is very large, super clean, and spacious. Cons: 1. The breakfast is terrible. I wouldn't recommend buying it. The selection is extremely limited. To order noodles, you have to contact a staff member to register, but even after registering, our order didn't arrive for half an hour, and we'd already finished our breakfast. When we asked again, they said our order wasn't registered and the kitchen hadn't received the information. It was a total mess, and the few staff members there couldn't even figure it out. We paid hundreds for this breakfast, and it was a huge disappointment.

We had an amazing stay and will be back. The pool area is excellent and plenty of space to relax and even work.
