Livotel Hotel Lat Phrao Bangkok

Rating of this hotel is some kind of joke I guess. It's an easy 5* from me. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were excellent - new and stylish. It's a rather small hotel, but very well designed. Breakfasts were excellent, very tasty and fresh and a lot of choices from different cuisines. There is a well equipped gym and super nice rooftop swimming pool area just next to it. I really can't think of any downsides of this hotel. Location is also good, with a 5-10 minutes walk to Bangkapi. If you like small, stylish places this hotel would be a great choice. Highly recommend

Good. They have lot of fines.. Be careful about rule. My recommendation please read there fine chart. Overall is fine.

The hotel is a good budget/mid-range option, especially if you mainly need a comfortable place to sleep and don’t mind being outside central Bangkok.

Nice and friendly service. Large mall about 1km from hotel along riverside walkway.

The stay was horrific, the rooms were dirty along with bed sheets - hair and stains on the sheets and underneath (mattress and topper) the ac had a damp smell to it. The room had drain flys and the damp through it was terrible. When asking the reception for a clean room she was not impressed and said to just check out. When asking for clean / extra bed sheets that was also a problem for her. They then were talking about me in Thai which unbeknown to them I understand (slightly embarrassing) I wouldn’t recommend to stay here at all. The shower head was so dirty where clearly it also has never seen a clean in its life. When reporting the bugs crawling around the bed they just shrugged their shoulders. (I cannot attach the video but see the photo) also many lizards hanging around outside the door fyi don’t be too excited about the balcony as you cannot use that and they’ll only issue you with one access card even though two of you are in the room. There’s also no iron available.

Room is OK Big Freezer with Sofa. Price is reasonable. Strict Control on hanging shirt.

I asking for extra pillow but need to pay more each extra pillows, toilet is not well arranged, a bit disappointed

The queen size bed is very wide, it seems 2.3x2.3 or 2.0x2.0.
