Well this is a great little hotel tucked away at the end of Soi 13 SUKHUMVIT great location and just been renovated to a high quality and beds and pillows and showers very good smart TVs and great aircon ice cold I always stay here now when I’m out and about unbelievable price if you can get in there as it’s started to get busy staff are very friendly and professional always remember my name roof top pool that’s always quiet as well ..here’s some pictures

Pretty nice place, new reno and new everything. They got me a two beds room (which is really nice) for the first night and then the queen bed room. However, you could hear some little noises from the elevator area if you stayed on ground floor rooms, I will try to avoid that in the future.

Newly renovated hotel, clean and tidy with all the things u need. Around 10 mins walk from Asok and Nana BTS, and 20 mins walk to Makkasan airport train station. Overall it's a good stay

NO RESTURANT IN HOTEL. NO BREAKFAST. BUT ALL EASILY ACCESSIABLE . NO PARKING. ROOM ONLY PROVIDE AFTER 3 PM CHECK OUT 12 NOON. SO MAKE THE PLAN ACCORIDNGLY . LOCATION IS GOOD NEAR NANA PLAZA WALKING

Nice small hotel in a good location with a very comfortable bed

The hotel has been newly renovated, and everything is very clean and new.  The staff is very nice and the location is good if you really want to be in the heart of bars, clubs, **** shops, and western restaurants and cafes.  There's a Tops store right next door to the hotel, which was very convenient.  It is a very lively area, so there's a lot of activity until the wee hours of the morning and it can be loud at times since it's right on the street.  I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely  stay again.  Great value for the money.  There's no restaurant at the hotel, but there are plenty of places within a short walking distance to get coffee, meals, snacks, etc...

Not to bad although the store below hotel had a noisy sir compressor that kept me awake all .night. I'm aware that it's not the hotels fault but travellers be aware.

This hotel is highly recommended, front desk are friendly and hotel is near convenient stores.

the hotel was under construction and was told its not going to be ready until around april. the room was clean and not so noisy but it was a bit dusty from the way in to the elevator. my room was a bit strange with the AC (turned on and off on its own even when we tried to keep it on)
