I chose to stay here mainly to visit the King Power Mahanakhon building. The hotel is right next to the MRT station, and directly across from King Power Mahanakhon itself. The ticket prices have gone up; it's now 1100 THB for a non-sunset ticket and 1200 THB for a sunset ticket, which is sold after 4:30 PM. Previously, non-sunset tickets were 888 THB and sunset tickets were 1088 THB. If you want to experience Bangkok's city views and nightlife, I highly recommend staying here. There's also a small alley nearby with convenient dining options, and Patpong Night Market (which is essentially the heart of Silom) is just a few hundred meters away. The room was decent. The rooms facing the road have balconies and double-glazed windows, so there's absolutely no noise. Definitely recommended!

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient. It’s just next to the BTS station, literally a few steps away, which makes traveling around the city very easy. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. My room was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay. Overall, a great value hotel with a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for solo travelers—convenient and comfortable. I stayed at The Heritage Hotels Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is walking distance from key attractions and public transport (near BTS Chong Nonsi), which made exploring the city super easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, with amenities that suited my needs. Staff were friendly and responsive, and the service felt consistent throughout my stay. While there’s room for improvement in some areas, I’d definitely recommend this place for solo travelers looking for a good balance of comfort and location.

The room looks way different from their photos. I was upgraded to a bigger room with very friendly staff during check-in, which was a nice touch. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool with a great view of the Mahanakorn Tower. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. However, the air conditioning system is outdated and quite noisy, and the room could use some refreshing—its interior design feels a bit old-fashioned.

Friendly staff. Nice location near to BTS station. You also can walk to silom around 10 mins.

Very far from 4 stars. Old, unkempt, gives you the feeling of uncleanness. The balcony has 2 air conditioning units (of which 1 from the neighbor) You can't sit on the balcony because they blow all the air on you - at night they make an infernal noise. YOU DON'T WANT TO SMOKE on the balcony of the room - you have a poster on the balcony with a fine if you do! The only smoking place, on their recommendation, is behind the hotel - nothing arranged, simply on the street. Poor breakfast! A terrible smell is in the bathroom from the sewage and unfortunately there is no ventilation.

Surprisingly ok. Sure it’s not posh or luxury and maybe not the cleanest. Bed is firm. But for the price—the AC and WiFi worked well. Pool and gym in good shape. Location so near BTS Chong Nonsi. I’ve tried all the other hotels in the area (iResidence, Sora, Furama, Holiday Inn express, Trinity) and this has the best value. If you’re looking for very reasonable rate with out luxury standards this hotel will work.

This was my second stay with The Heritage Hotels Bangkok. Strategic location, just right beside of BTS sky train (Chong Nonsi). Hotel rooms is clean and big.

Staff courteous but some confusion when check out when collect tb1000 deposit. Their register book written another person name for my room 514 and I was asked to sign even though they wrote wrongly guest name.

Great location near BTS Ching Nonsi

Always a great stay here at Heritage. It's close to everything especially the station. The staffs were accommodating. There's a B1000 deposit also so prepare for it.

Facilities quite old, no clean at all, sound proof very bad, reception attitude like a ****, house keeping keep knocking your door , bathroom like a ****
