Nice classic small hotel in good location. Liked the pool and Danish food in evening.

Pretty good hotel, but it was full of older, single Danish men. As a result, there was very little interaction (Danes tend to look a bit glum and it's hard to strike up a conversation with them.) Almost all of them smoked, had greyish-white hair, and a bit of a belly. About 75% had a slightly older Thai girlfriend. They all actually looked quite unhappy. The hotel has a nice pool, but it's a real shame there's no shower. This makes me question the hygiene. There were also quite a few flies around the pool, but that's probably due to the surroundings. The hotel and the rooms themselves were very clean though. The staff are friendly.

Stable Lodge is becoming a regular stop in BKK. The location is unbeatable, and the rooms are great value in this part of town.

I have stayed here twice. The location is great, the rooms are well sized and functional. The value for money is outstanding. Service is super friendly. The pool is nice, and the restaurant is perfect and has inside/outside seating with good drinks. Front desk is 24 hours, so there's no problem with very a late check in. Unless I am looking to stay in a completely different part of town, there's really no reason not to keep coming back to Stable Lodge.

6 of us travelled here as a group. Great hotel. Deep pool. Really good quality food. Can’t fault it at all.

It would be better if slippers were provided

This is in a super convenient location on Soi 8, just a stone's throw from multiple pubs, as well as Nana Skytrain. The room is not new, but is well kept, and I had no problems. Very good overall for the price. Would book again.
