I had a wonderful stay at Mode Sathorn. The hotel’s location is excellent, with direct access to the BTS, making it very convenient to explore Bangkok. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful city views. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The hotel met all my expectations, everything matched the description. The location was convenient for me as I wanted to visit the tower with the fully transparent glass floor – the King Power Mahanakhon skyscraper. I was in Bangkok for three days and will definitely return, as there's still so much more to see and explore. A staff member named Tee helped me book a taxi to Pattaya. Thank you for the service and friendliness, I recommend it!

Very good hotel. The service lives up to its 5-star rating, and the room has everything you need. I was particularly pleased with the large, spacious bathroom, featuring a big window overlooking the city. The location is convenient, with the metro nearby. We walked to the skyscraper with the glass bridge in just 10 minutes. What was disappointing, however, was that the panoramic rooftop pool was closed for renovation. I booked this hotel specifically because of the rooftop pool. Otherwise, I could have found a cheaper room in this area without a pool. The hotel did notify me in advance, but by then, it was no longer possible to cancel the reservation for free. The hotel could have offered some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, but nothing was provided.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and nice. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler, so I had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful room and convenient location, next to BTS. One stop from Central Bangrak with lots of food options.

1. The location is excellent, with the BTS (Skytrain) just 80 meters away, making transportation incredibly convenient. 2. For a twin room, the bed size is quite generous compared to other hotels in Bangkok. 3. The front desk service and staff were all very nice and incredibly welcoming. 4. There's a small bar on the hotel's rooftop, but unfortunately, it was raining the day we visited, so we couldn't go outside. The hotel also offers a spa, and the prices seemed fair, but we had already had massages twice outside the hotel, so we didn't try it. Maybe next time! 5. The only downside was that we stayed for four or five nights, and disposable items like slippers and toothbrushes were never replenished. I had to specifically ask for them each time.

Stayed here again after many years and was very satisfied. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the location is excellent; the hotel is right off the BTS station. The top floor has an open-air bar, but unfortunately, it was closed due to a thunderstorm during my stay.

2nd time I stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is right in front of Surasak BTS. Only a few stops away and you can get to Saphan Taksin (boat to Asiatique and Icon Siam), Central Park Mall, Mahanakorn Tower, Siam Paragon and MBK. The room I booked is big and the bathroom is huge and has both shower and bathtub. Service from all the staff is excellent; very warm and friendly locals - always smiling and greeting you and very helpful whenever I needed help. Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will stay again next time I'm in Bangkok.

Ctrip clearly isn't regulating its merchants anymore. The homepage said the hotel was renovated in 2023, but in reality, it hasn't been updated in over ten years. For 400+ a night, it's old and filthy, like a 100 RMB hotel in China. The headboard was so disgusting it made me want to puke. They're basically scamming Chinese people.

Starting from the reception, it was a warm welcoming, the room was amazing and the 31 floor. I tried the massage and it was really worth it.

The hotel is right next to the subway station. Initially, I was really worried about negative reviews and poor service, but the guy at the front desk was so enthusiastic and helpful, I was genuinely touched. This is my first time in Thailand, and the front desk staff, both male and female, always greeted me and responded warmly. They were truly enthusiastic and polite, not at all as bad as some reviews suggested. Plus, the BTS (skytrain) is right outside the hotel. If I come back, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. It's very safe and comfortable.
