Overall, the room environment was quite good, and the hygiene was acceptable. While the space wasn't large, the facilities were complete. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, as the room faced the railway, and I could hear train noises late at night. However, since I'm a good sleeper, it wasn't a major issue for me. What I liked most was the location. It's only a 36-minute Airport Rail Link ride to the airport, so I didn't have to worry about traffic and leaving too much time. It's also just three stops to the Siam shopping district, which is very convenient. Let's Relax spa is downstairs, and you can get a 10% discount by booking through the hotel, but be mindful of booking times. Asia's first cafe is also downstairs; I got there in about a minute by queuing early in the morning and easily got my coffee. If you plan to go, I recommend avoiding weekends as it will be much less crowded. Generally, the hotel staff were very friendly, and the security control was well-managed. The breakfast was also excellent!

Great location, 30 mins from airport via the airport link. Lighting in the room can be improved.

The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access to the Airport Rail Link (ARL). The price includes breakfast and no deposit is required, which is a nice bonus. There are also plenty of useful spots nearby — Factory Coffee is right behind the hotel, and there’s a 7-Eleven and a Thai hotpot restaurant just across the street. However, the soundproofing could definitely be improved, as noises from the corridor and neighboring rooms can be heard quite clearly. The shower also had some leakage issues, and the hotel is located close to the railway tracks, so light sleepers may find it a bit noisy at times.

Great location with famous coffee beside it. Everyday queue for Moscow coffee. Jus downstairs have let's relax Massage which is super convenient too

The hotel's location is super convenient, right at the last stop of the airport MRT. You just exit the station and go downstairs, and you're there. The room design is simple yet stylish, and there's enough space. While the breakfast options aren't extensive, you can definitely fill up.

Good location just besides ARL & BTS Phaya Thai. 7-11 is available nearby across the road. Soundproof could be improved, can hear the sound from adjacent rooms and corridor very clearly. The sound could also be heard clearly when train passed by.

For a short trip or Biz Trip, this is 1 of the best location Hotel as it is just less than 20steps away from the ARL from Suvarnabhumi Airport. But if u are here mainly for shopping…then u will need to take BTS 2stops to siam n so on. Hotel staff are always smiling n greeting you with a smile whenever they sees you. Bfast spread is simple but yet enough to fill your needs.

When I booked Hotel Tranz I told them it was our 36th Anniversary. When we entered our room it was decorated with 2 Loving Swans, such creation was made with the bath towels very artistic. All the staff were very polite and nice. Excellent choice of hotel. Thanks & see you again.

Check in was smooth, location is superb. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast variety was acceptable. Will stay at this hotel in future. 

excellent location is a given for this property right on ARL and BTS Phaya Thai. the connecting deluxe twin rooms we booked were spacious and well appointed. i love the scents of the lobby and the shower gel and handsoap they use, which ties the whole experience together. the breakfast buffet was also good as they change up the menu daily, unlike most hotels where its the same spread everyday. the only letdown was when a dish runs out during breakfast, they will replace it with something else instead.

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel. Location is prime. Amenities are dated but if you do not mind for a short stay, definitely a gem. Staff at reception are also very welcoming. Breakfast always feels home-cook style. Was a little disappointed we did not see the usual nice lady manager at the restaurant. She always makes our day. Thanks again for the stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers or groups of women. Each floor has a massive mirror right by the elevator, perfect for snapping OOTD (outfit of the day) photos. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's right by the BTS (Skytrain) station, and just two stops away from Paragon, making shopping incredibly easy. The staff are also wonderful; they immediately came to help us when they saw two women struggling with large suitcases, and when we checked out, they even brought our bags all the way to the elevator entrance for the BTS! It feels very secure here – you need your key card to go up the elevator and to access the hallway on each floor, which is a big plus for safety, especially for women. The housekeeping staff are also very kind and friendly. Plus, you can take the BTS directly to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is super convenient. All in all, I had a fantastic five-day stay here, and I'll definitely choose this perfect hotel again on my next trip to Thailand.
