The room is quite spacious, though not very new. The location is great, right in the middle of Silom, with a night market nearby and very convenient access everywhere. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the night view is stunning.

I arrived quite late, and as a result, I was given a very bad room with an obstructed view from the window. Before my check-in, I specifically contacted customer service to communicate with the hotel, asking them not to give me a bad room. And yet, it turned out exactly as I feared.

After staying in countless hotels, even budget ones in China, this is the first time I've encountered an empty tissue box and towels not being replaced – I was genuinely shocked! The facilities are also very old. I specifically requested not to have a room at the end of the hall, yet that's exactly what I got. Everything felt disconnected and inexplicable!

Somewhat mixed feelings about this hotel. Overall we appreciated our stay but there are definetely improvements to be made. Let’s start with the bad: - Cleanliness: first room we got was simply not clean, with the bed skirt being filthy with multiple stains and hair on it. We went to the reception and asked for a different room, which was cleaner but still not perfect - Rooms: looked quite worn, furniture and walls were scuffed, they need a bit of love - Soundproofing: Very poor, we could hear the people in the next room super loudly. Had to sleep using earplugs a couple of nights Now the good: - The staff: very friendly and attentive, quick to help - The location: good location, lots of things nearby, a 7/11 1 minute away, relatively close to the MTR - The breakfast: delicious food, lots of choices both local and international, egg station, noodle station, etc. - The rooftop: beautiful rooftop pool and bar area situated on the 27th floor

A very beautiful hotel right in the city center, with excellent connections and exceptional staff service. They also have many incredible amenities, and one of the best views from their rooftop. Here's a photo of the pool and the views!

The rooftop pool might be small, but it offers an expansive view. It was lovely to relax there with a drink from the bar. The room condition and size were both very satisfactory.

I only booked for one night. I checked in around 7 or 8 PM, and the front desk told me I had to check out by 11 AM. I couldn't understand why and kept asking, but they insisted on 11 AM. The next day, when I checked out at 11 AM, the computer screen clearly showed 'checkout 12 PM'. I was really angry. I booked this room for the infinity pool, but I didn't even get to take any photos there, which was a loss. It's also far from the subway. I would have been better off staying somewhere closer to the subway. It was very noisy at night; I could hear the motorcycles from downstairs. It was even noisier than the hotel I stayed at in Patong.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back

The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location. I've stayed here many years ago. The breakfast is just so-so, but the good location makes up for it. Chulalongkorn University Night Market and Siam Square are both relatively close, and I have a vivid memory of a morning market nearby.

This hotel is awesome! The location, the room, everything was perfect! They checked us in at 10 AM, but for an extra 2000 baht. Don't expect much from breakfast; it's not Turkey or Russia, even though it's a five-star hotel.

Check-out time was 2 PM, but at 12:30 PM, a cleaning staff member knocked on my door and, smiling, said, "You get out today?" When I checked out, I complained to the front desk and clearly stated how rude this was. The front desk explained that the hotel was fully booked that day, so the staff member was just curious when they knocked. This demonstrates improper management and rudeness. Also, if you're sunbathing on the rooftop terrace, be sure to use a towel on the lounge chairs before sitting down, as there are likely ***** lice (high probability).

The view from the room and especially from the rooftop pool is definitely worth it, it's magical!

Excellent location and impeccable service from the entire team. The room was spacious, and being a corner unit, it offered a fantastic view of the city. The rooftop pool also boasts a fantastic view (despite being small and having limited sun loungers available). Areas for improvement: We had an issue in the bathroom that required more than one call to the reception to be resolved, and the breakfast room is a bit small for the hotel's capacity, leading to some waiting times (though the quality was good). Despite these minor details, it was a great stay and I recommend visiting!

You can definitely tell that the hotel has some history to it, and unfortunately, its age is starting to show. There were noticeable stains on the curtains and bedsheets, as well as quite a bit of wear and tear on the furniture and amenities. The lift buttons also didn’t work very well and could be frustrating to use. The biggest concern for me, however, was the bathroom floor. I’m not sure if it was due to the material used, but the floor became extremely slippery once it got wet, which is difficult to avoid when using the shower. It felt like a potential safety issue and was ultimately the deal breaker for me. The location is also quite a distance from the nearest MRT station, so it may not be the most convenient option if you plan to rely heavily on public transport. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I genuinely appreciated their hospitality and assistance, and they were definitely one of the highlights of the experience. Unfortunately, despite the wonderful service from the staff, the overall condition of the hotel and the bathroom safety concern mean that I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit.
