Excellent service! I gave them a mango and they helped me cut the fruit. They were also able to answer all our questions. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. The pool is good, and the bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are just average.

My stay at Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 was amazing. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home throughout my stay. I also frequently ordered food through Grab, and it was very convenient that the hotel provides a designated table for delivery drivers to drop off orders. This thoughtful arrangement made the process smooth and hassle-free. Another great advantage is the location. There are plenty of massage shops nearby, and EmSphere is only a 5–10 minute walk away. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at Courtyard Sukhumvit 20 again on my next trip to Bangkok. Looking forward to coming back!

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Breakfast was really good, and the gym is great. The pool is a bit small, so if you're not looking for a big pool experience, it's fine for a quick dip. They also have a scheduled shuttle service to both BTS and MRT stations.

Couldn't find my reservation when checking in, had to wait half an hour to get it sorted. The hygiene was poor, the bedsheets had many stains. Doesn't feel like a Marriott property at all.

We stayed here only 1 night for transit. Room was comfortable with 2 big beds. Can sleep up to 4 persons no extra charge. They will charge you if you request an extra bed. Very suitable for family like us

The Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 definitely has a great location, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and a 7-Eleven conveniently nearby. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the 24-hour gym was perfect for someone like me who enjoys fasted cardio and late-night workouts. The room facilities were also relatively new. However, perhaps because space is at a premium in Bangkok, the rooms here at the Courtyard felt a bit smaller and more cramped compared to hotels in Pattaya. That said, after pushing the twin beds together, it formed one very large bed – perfectly spacious for sleeping with my 7-year-old without any issues!

This hotel is excellent, definitely top-tier among four-star establishments. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, easily meeting five-star standards. There's also a small swimming pool. The room had a sofa that was comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on, and with an extra duvet, two adults and two children didn't need an extra bed. It's a bit far from the subway station, so you'll need to take a taxi to get around.

Overall great stay, all the staff was super nice, the receptionist was able to let us do a late check out, which was much appreciated! Stayed there during the ***** New Year Holiday, they had the look dance performance that morning, great vibes! The location is great as it is between two big shopping malls and access to BTS and the Blue Line. Would definitely come back!

You need to walk around 5-10 minutes from Asok station but it is still acceptable. The staff are very nice and generous. It is a 5 star hotel.

Location is great. Room is slightly small. But there was construction right next to the building of our room with noises in the morning and even until 8+pm. Was not informed by the staff upon check in. No facial tissue provided in the room until the next day room service

We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is very strategic located in the city. Walking distance to MRT and BTS. A lot of massage centers nearby.Hotel also provided shuttle to nearby BTS according to the schedule.
