We will definitely be back. Hotel is clean and cozy. And the area is quiet yet a lot of cafe and hidden restaurants if you walk around you were get the surprise. Near by there is one restaurant name Yudeemeesuk Mango Sticky Rice Ari. I really like it, the price a bit expensive but the rice is really taste good and chewy. Dine in have to pay for the tax so will recommend you grab food. ☺️ we really like the hotel, clean and easy to get around there.

The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel was quite peaceful. The food was delicious, and staying at the hotel gave me a 5% discount on meals.

This is a very new hotel, clean and comfortable to stay in. There's a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The staff are all very friendly; there's a lovely lady at breakfast who speaks Chinese, and the front desk also has staff who can speak Chinese during check-in.

Great atmosphere and good value for money, exactly as pictured. Nice view and clean, but the room had a slight musty smell.

I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere — despite being in Bangkok, the hotel felt like a relaxing urban retreat. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay: warm, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or transportation arrangements. Their attention to detail really made the experience feel personalized and welcoming. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of both Thai and international options, all fresh and delicious. The pool and wellness facilities were also beautifully maintained and ideal for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city. The location is convenient, with easy access to ARI BTS stations, cafes, and local attractions while still being tucked away from the noise of the main streets. Overall, I highly recommend Craftsman Bangkok for anyone visiting Bangkok and looking for a stylish, comfortable, and high-quality stay. I would definitely return on my next trip.

The room was a bit small, but the hotel's overall facilities were great and the environment was fantastic. The à la carte buffet breakfast was also delicious. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at Craftsman for the first time after seeing so many great posts about it. It’s a very affordable and aesthetic choice, though there are a few design quirks to note. The Challenges: • Accessibility: There are stairs leading to the main reception which can be a struggle with heavy luggage. Pro-tip: Use the carpark gate for flatter access, especially if you’re returning with heavy shopping bags! • Room Size: The rooms are a bit snug—perfect for solo travelers, but might feel tight for more than one person. • Layout: Note that the shower, toilet, and washbasin are all in separate compartments. The Highlights: • Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. • Location: It’s a 10–15 minute walk to several 7-Elevens and about 15 minutes to Chatuchak Weekend Market. The Big C Supercenter Sapankwai is also nearby, which is great for groceries and has a convenient food court on Level 1. Beauty Spot: Check out the pink Sleepsalon Ari right across the street for a hair wash!

The hotel is amazing, right in Ari, where there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. But this time we chose to have dinner in the hotel itself and surprisingly nice! The hotel is really clean, the staff is so nice, and needed to mention the spa located at the lobby! Was really good!

The hotel is very stylish, with a restaurant and an outdoor area with a pool. The room was very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location in the Ari district is ideal!! I will definitely come back!

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. The environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel also provides a unique tuk-tuk shuttle service to Ari Station, which was very convenient. The room was quite spacious as well. However, is the hotel could provide a disposable slippers that would be excellent.

Great hotel. Beautiful spa inside the hotel. Would stay again especially when going for another spa treatment.
