Front staffs are friendly. Strategic location. In Pratunam area. Just about the opposite of Platinum Fashion mall.

The location is excellent, right near a street full of massage parlors. There are also plenty of shops along the way to buy souvenirs. If you buy too much, you can easily drop it off at the hotel and then head back out, which is incredibly convenient. If you're not too picky about accommodation quality, the price is good, and it's also very close to CentralWorld. However, if you plan to take a taxi, be prepared for traffic!

Very good location, rooms look like renovated recently so all’s clean and nice. Very sweet to have a coffee machine and toast for morning quick fix!

*Leela Orchid Hotel* is a hidden gem located on the *2nd floor of an old mall*—you’ll need a *guard to lead you up*, but once you’re there, the location is unbeatable! It's within walking distance to *Platinum Mall, The Market, Big C, Central World*, and more. All the *street food, markets, and fashion stalls* are right around the area, making it super convenient for shopping and eating on a budget. Though the hotel *doesn’t provide breakfast*, they do offer a *small pantry* with *complimentary snacks, banana cake, and drinks*, which is a nice touch. Also, each stay includes *one cup of instant noodles*—a small but thoughtful gesture. Overall, a *budget-friendly stay* in a prime location. Great if you're looking for convenience, local vibes, and easy access to shopping.

Overall receptionist service was excellent. Location is strategically located near to the night markets with walking distance. Due to the road construction project happening right now the traffic in this area was terrible but you can take tuk-tuk to save your time. The room that we took was smelly at toilet but we don’t brother too much the overall sleeping quality was good. Amenities provided but not too good quality on the shampoos can further improved. Overall satisfied with the service and location. Improvement needed on the amenities and toilet odour.

Everyday also want to remind to get the slipper, toothpaste , toothbrush and floor towel

Convenient location, 15 minutes walk to central world, 7/11 next door . There is a free snack bar for guests

Value for money. Suitable for traveller on budget and love to shop at Platinum Mall and Big C.

The location was superb, within walking distance to Platinum mall and opposite to the newly opened mall with a BIG C as anchor tenant.

The location is superb convenient to all places from eateries to shopping to massage. The service is very good from reception to housekeeping and even airport travel. Give them all 5 star. The reception managed to assist me to upgrade to one bedroom with extra bed when required. Thanks Leela, always my choice!

Hotel location is right in the middle of all shopping malls, massages, markets and street food. Check in is at level 2 of the shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly, able to converse in English .
