Vince Hotel Pratunam

We had a pleasant stay at Vince Hotel Pratunam! Though the hotel is slightly tucked away, the *free buggy service* to 5 nearby stations really made exploring the *Pratunam area* much easier. Major malls like *Central World, Siam Discovery, Siam Center, Siam Paragon*, and *MBK* are all within walking distance. The hotel also offers some lovely *extras* that made our stay special. We enjoyed the *complimentary 15-minute massage* on *Tuesdays and Fridays*—just remember to reserve early on the same day! Another treat is the *free ice cream from 1pm to 5pm*, with 5 flavors to choose from—*Thai Milk Tea and Durian* are must-tries! We also signed up for the *free Thai dress-up and photoshoot* experience, which was so fun and memorable. Be sure to *book it at least a week in advance via their Facebook or Instagram*, as slots fill up fast. Breakfast was *excellent*, with a huge variety from *Thai to Western dishes*, fresh fruits, desserts, bread, and drinks. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had! Only downside was the *Wi-Fi*, which was weak and kept disconnecting. If you rely on the internet, it’s better to have your own data. Overall, a great hotel with thoughtful touches and friendly service—definitely worth considering if you're staying in Bangkok!

Friendly and nice services from the professional hotel staffs. Enjoyed the breakfast and have a quite great location to any Central Area. A free buggy services and easy to go out. Requested a birthday decoration via email and prompt replied from them. Really recommended to stay here.

Such a wonderful hotel in Bangkok, pratunam. Provide free Thai costume wearing, free popcorn, ice cream, massage and welcome drinks all day long. Their breakfast is also super delicious with a variety of choices. Will come back to stay again for my next Bangkok trip.

The ammenities in this hotel is superb👍!!! They have a lot of freebies to enjoy with like free ice cream,massage,popcorn and use of thai costume with photoshoot as well. The room is spacious were you can store all your luggage for shopping😁. The housekeeping is excellent,they will change your towel everyday and top up toiletries and water.Location wise its near in pratunam market and there is a buggy service that can be use 24 hrs

This is my 3rd times staying at Vince hotel. I love their room design and spacious too. Mineral water refill daily in room. Just need to take some time to waiting for shuttle service, if the shuttle service can be more fast then is 100% for this hotel. And also hotel guest can have a free Thai costume experience too with photographer.

Everything is good...location wise still not bad with 24 hours buggy service..welcome drink and popcorn at the lobby for 24 hours too...I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenient location and the great facilities provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
