The room was great, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning was also quite strong. However, the bath towels didn't seem to dry overnight when hung in the room. My only slight concern was that the hotel is located deep in an alley, which is a bit dark. A woman walking alone might feel a little scared. On the bright side, there's a night market and a 7-Eleven right at the alley's entrance, which is very convenient, though the main street outside can get quite congested at night.

The hotel is centrally located, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Right next to the hotel is a Bangkok night market, which attracts many foreigners and locals enjoying late-night snacks that are both cheap and delicious.

I booked this place for two nights. I saw other reviews saying the accommodation was clean, but for me, the bathroom was quite dirty, as if the housekeeper hadn't cleaned it at all. There were stain marks on the walls and the sink was also stained. However, the duvet and bedsheets were quite clean. On the second night, the housekeeper forgot to provide towels, so I called reception to request some. But after a long wait, no one brought them up, so my partner had to go down to get them himself. The towels for the second night also had a musty smell. The swimming pool and gym were pretty decent for the price. I booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was fine. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service; they were very cheerful, especially a female staff member who took great care of us, and the male staff member who drove us to the main road was also very helpful. Overall, it was quite okay, but I have to deduct points for the cleanliness of the bathroom, as it seemed the housekeeper hadn't cleaned the walls at all.

Got a complimentary upgrade to a suite, but every evening when I returned to the hotel, I'd find there was no hot water for a shower. However, after calling the front desk, engineering would come up to check, and then hot water would be available.

The hotel is a bit out of the way; even the taxi driver had trouble finding it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a buffet and a swimming pool. The soundproofing in the rooms could be better, but overall, it's great value for money.
