I was in one of the unrenovated rooms. It was clean with no odors. Quiet. AC cooled the room quickly. Only saw 2 small roaches. It was complete fine. The redone rooms are likely very good. The reception, despite past reviews was polite and personable. Neighbors can be heard through doors that connect rooms, but they are sealed. But still. Hopefully the renovated rooms don't have them. I would certainly stay again, depending on the price.

The hotel is located few meters away from nana BTS metro station. It has many indian restaurant nearby, so u don't have to walk much. The house keeping guys are lazy, they don't service your room daily, until u run behind them to do so.

They have a very rude receptionist. They don’t care about your request. I will never stay again here

The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

My stay at this hotel was quite stressful, mainly due to a lack of feeling of safety. I was traveling alone, and unfortunately felt uncomfortable both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. There was excessive attention from other guests, mostly men, and I also experienced an unpleasant incident with an intoxicated man in the elevator, which increased my discomfort. In my opinion, the area is not very suitable for solo female travelers — it did not feel comfortable going outside in the evening, and I preferred to go out only during the daytime. That being said, the room itself was very spacious: a large living area, a bedroom, and two bathrooms, which is definitely a plus for the price. However, the cleanliness could be improved — there were signs left from previous guests, including cigarette butts, which made the space feel not well maintained. Overall, the hotel might be suitable for a short stay on a budget, but I would not recommend it for solo female travelers, especially without researching the location in advance.

Grace Hotel is undergoing significant improvements. Access is via the car ramp to the first floor, while the ground floor Parking and Reception is rebuilt. The first floor has a coffee lounge, bar and restaurant, and they are just finishing a games room with 8x ten-pin bowling alleys and a row of pool tables. The public areas are therefore very smart, and service is very good. My room on the 15th floor was Economy, with a standard double bed and a single bed. It has a bath (luxury!) but these rooms must be on the 'to do' list for refurbishment, since the decor is very tired. Wooden panels and mirrored walls seem to be from the Art Deco period. Overall, these factors meant it was great value for money in a terrific location.
