• not suitable for solo female travellers • location is very confusing • DO NOT BOOK THE ECONOMY ROOM • everything is under renovation so it’s underwhelming • walls are very thin

There was work going on around the hotel with a lot of dust and noises coming from machines and workers , the hotel should mention that before people book and the reception was big chaos. The rooms were so filthy and smelly  I really don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Price is too heigh according to room size and condition. Hotel is so smelly specially corridors. Bath is so small and old. Paint is falling everywhere and walls are dirty. Most important they don’t mention hotel is under renovation. After check in you will know a welcome message “ sorry hotel in under renovation. Location is not very suitable. “ its price worth to be 250-280 per night. Only one thing, reception staff is really welcoming and nice.

Outstanding and nice place to stay. The most important is the location is outclassed. Recommended for all travelers around the corner of the world.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I feel cheated and duped. It’s very bad deceptive offered made on your platform. The room was dingy, feels dirty, run down with bugs all over! The hotel actually place room images that looks good but as they have a New wing and are renovating the old section they are selling room on floors that are yet to renovate. As described above, I will up images for the benefit of the users on your platform. I will personally take them off your list. It’s absolutely Terrible! I book for one night got back only to sleep and have to sleep over the bed with a towel. If have more to add, but enough said. See the pic. The wardrobe is broken! The hotel is unashamed to even sell the rooms online! Bad, bad, bad!! Never stay there!!

Lovely place and very interesting. The hotel was clean and the location is good at Nana street, but very noisy

Location and rooms are very good Small and neat.. Feel like in Middle East. Every guest there are.from middle east. We stay for 2 nights.

Room is nice, lobby is also good and location is right inside Nana, not too far from Nana Bts station also

The worse ever Not clean no care of room And staff in receptions are the worse part  Not worth stay an hour in this hotel

In the 1203 room I booked for 5 days. There are so many cockroaches… mean huge.. too much disturbing..

Very grand hotel with nice pool situated close to nana plaza entertainment centre shops eateries right at the heart of Bangkok Presently under renovation in the old block of the hotel being split into two buildings I was in an old room ok dated yes bed was nice but tv not working were offered a brand new renovated room on check in for 1600 baht for two nights but out of my budget overall acceptable but you should be informed what you are getting before check in old or new room the price of my room probably reflected this though 2300 baht for two nights
