Functional clean hotel in quiet area with nice swimming pool and good value for around 1500 baht. Most amenities nearby.

Great location, satisfactory room, I've booked here multiple times. Excellent service and cleanliness. It has a microwave, fridge, and a balcony which is convenient for drying clothes. The front desk staff is very welcoming. I've booked this place two years in a row.

This was my second stay here. Let me start with the negatives: This time, the showerhead holder in my room was broken, so I couldn't adjust its height. The water temperature was very low; even at maximum, it was only lukewarm, making for a rather chilly shower. The hairdryer was super tiny, and only the medium setting worked—the high setting was broken, so drying my hair took forever. The disposable slippers provided the next day were dirty; housekeeping clearly didn't check them carefully. The Wi-Fi speed was quite slow; I haven't experienced such laggy Wi-Fi in a long time. The air conditioning was also noisy. Now for the positives: All the staff members were still very friendly and helpful. The room having a microwave and fridge was very convenient. They provided disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, disposable slippers, small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. The bed and pillows were both comfortable.

The pool is large and the room is quite clean.

Overall, a really pleasant stay — the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, matching what you’d expect from a solid 3- or 4-star property. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the rooms were neat and well-equipped. The only issue was with the hot water — it wasn’t consistently available, which can be frustrating after a long day. Hopefully, the hotel looks into maintaining the hot water boiler and ensuring steady availability, as that would make the experience near-perfect. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’d happily stay again once the hot water issue is sorted.

The hotel is very close to Erawan Shrine and ICONSIAM in Bangkok. There's a pool downstairs, and at just over 200 baht a night, it offers great value for money.

I stayed here three years ago when it was a B&B, and now it's been converted into a hotel. Given the management and the price, it's a great deal. It's clean, and the bedding quality is excellent. There's no restaurant, but thankfully, there are plenty of delicious food options right outside at the intersection, so you're covered for both breakfast and dinner.

I stayed here for 3 nights from 29 December 2025 to 1st January 2026. I stayed in a deluxe room, but not facing the swimming pool. The balcony and windows face the wall of an adjacent building which I did not mind because there's privacy. The deluxe rooms facing the pool have less privacy because guests on the opposite wing can look into these windows if the blinds are drawn completely. However, all rooms have day curtains. The deluxe room feels spacious to me as a solo traveller. There's a key safe. Please remember not to lock the key safe when you check out. Behind the bed, there are charging stations with universal power points 👍. Certainly helpful for international travellers. The refrigerator works very well. The bathroom is adequate but no hooks on the door to hang your clothes. The mattress is slightly hard. Location wise, it is about 750 m walk from Victory Monument BTS station. Although it looks near on Google Maps, there is no through way. From the station, you need to walk down the main road, turn left, walk down another main road until you see a sign "College Haus", then turn left to walk down the alley. There's a spa on-site with reasonable prices. It's very popular and advanced booking is recommended.

The room is nice, cozy and clean. There is a microwave in the room. Located in safe and quiet Soi, not far from BTS station. The staffs are helpful. They speak good English.

The room was comfortable and affordable. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was only a few hundred meters' walk from the King Power Duty-Free Shop, so the location is excellent.

Large and spacious rooms at an affordable price. Not quite walking distance to many places of interest but very easy to locate. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, but it's quite convenient as it's close to the BTS. There's also a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby! The environment is decent, and it seems mostly frequented by Chinese guests. However, there's a strange smell in the room – I can't tell if it's mold or a new renovation smell. Hopefully, they can address that soon. I wouldn't recommend staying here if it's over 280 a night, as its main draw is its value for money.

The room is a bit soundproof, but everything else is great, especially the location.
