⭐️ Second Stay at College Haus — Still Very Impressed This was our second stay at College Haus, and we extended our stay for another two nights while waiting for a medical appointment. 🏥 Great Location One of the main reasons we chose this hotel is its convenient location, especially for anyone visiting major hospitals. Century Mall is also only about a 7-minute walk away, with plenty of food stalls, cafés, restaurants, convenience stores and several 7-Eleven branches along the way. 🏠 Simple, Practical & Convenient The hotel offers a simple and practical self-service experience, which suits us very well. Guests handle their own luggage, but the lift makes this easy and convenient. The room was very comfortable and convenient — 10/10 for us. Facilities include a fitness room, saltwater pool, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and a drinking water dispenser. There is also a small canteen opposite the lobby with coffee, ice cream and snacks. 🍳 No Breakfast — Convenient for Us There is no breakfast service, but we actually liked this. On days when we needed to fast before medical appointments, we could simply manage our own schedule without worrying about missing breakfast. 💛 Wonderful Staff The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Special thanks to Khun Mai, Khun Aof and Khun Bee for taking such good care of us. Khun Mai arranged our room change very smoothly, and when we had an issue with the room safe, Khun Bee came within 10 minutes and fixed it quickly. Khun Aof was also very helpful with our luggage. 🧳 Very Convenient Luggage Storage The hotel kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. After checking out, we could leave our bags, go to the mall or have a meal, and relax in the Common Room with phone charging points while waiting to travel. ✨ Overall A simple, comfortable, practical and convenient hotel with a great location and genuinely helpful staff. We were happy to return for a second stay and would definitely stay here again.

Firstly, so spacious with full of amenities. Near everything, thereby booking taxi or grab at ease. Recommend grab-bike options. However, noise cancellation is not good. I was waken up by the noise outside and the air-conditioner many times at night so it was terrible to me. So If the noise cancellation is improved, it would be 10 out of 10.

I've been staying here for years, and while the location is still convenient and quiet, the hotel is definitely going downhill. This time, my room felt old and had a strange smell. Plus, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy; I couldn't sleep at all. When I opened the AC unit, I was shocked to see how ridiculously dirty the filter was – imagine breathing that air all day! I'll have to find another hotel next time.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I didn't hear any noise during my two-day stay, and the room was very clean. The downstairs pool was also convenient, accessible anytime. One or two staff members at the front desk spoke Chinese, which wasn't crucial as 'check-in' is sufficient for the process. Getting to the hotel from the metro station requires walking through a small alley. It's quite unpleasant, not because it's dark, but mainly because you have to make way for passing cars.

I didn't have high expectations, but my actual stay far exceeded them. It's much better than the Jomtien Thani I stayed at in Pattaya. We stayed in a suite for three people, which had a small balcony that was very convenient for washing and drying clothes. The pool was clean, and I couldn't smell any chlorine when I went for a swim. The first shop in the alley right outside the hotel is a 7-Eleven, and on Wednesdays, the entire street outside turns into a night market, which is lively and bustling with a wide variety of snacks. The hotel front desk was very efficient, responsive to emails, and communication was smooth. The only minor hiccup was that I left two items behind when checking out, and since it would have been a hassle to retrieve them, I decided to just leave them. Overall, I'm very satisfied and give it five stars.

They're currently undergoing renovations, so it's very noisy, and the Wi-Fi isn't working ㅠㅠ. Plus, the air conditioning in my room was extremely loud.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The swimming pool was also well-maintained and clean, which was a plus. The hotel is located a bit down an alley, so it's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station. However, the big advantage is that you don't hear any noise from the busy main road.

When I went for a swim in the evening, I found that the massage function wasn't working. I asked a staff member, but they didn't know when the massage function for the pool would be available.

I’m giving it a perfect score because at this price, I simply can't deduct any points. Of course, there are some downsides. The alley is a bit deep, about 200 meters. It feels a bit like a student dorm. Upon entering the room, the scent was overwhelmingly strong. The next day, the maid didn't clean, even though I hung the 'make up room' sign on the door. So, as the scent faded on the second day, a slight odor started coming from the drain, but it wasn't severe, and those not sensitive to smells probably wouldn't notice it. They didn't check the room when I left, and there was no deposit, so check-out was quite efficient. The hotel's massage reviews said it was great, but it was actually just okay, and not particularly cheap. Of course, massages in Bangkok are a bit more expensive than in Phuket. I booked the hotel in a hurry, mainly because it was cheap, and forgot to add my child. When checking in, I saw a notice that this room type doesn't allow children. After emailing the hotel, they generously replied that my child could stay for free. The room also had a sofa bed, which was perfect. The Sukosol nearby, where I stayed the year before last, had an even smaller room and wasn't much better. The twin beds are really narrow, about 80-90cm wide. Again, at this price, it's absolutely perfect.

The accommodation environment is clean and comfortable, and the room was very tidy. The location is also very convenient, with complete amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The rooms are new and the in-room facilities are excellent compared to other nearby accommodations in the same price range. It's a condo-style room with a sink, dishes, and a microwave. There's also a swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use. There are two ways to access the hotel: via Rang Nam Road, look for Vieng Nua Hotel and turn in at the end of the soi, or via Ratchawithi Soi 5 (Dusit Commercial College). You can park at the school and ask the security guard for directions. Overall, I liked it.

Really friendly staff, good location - great if you want to go to DMK via the Grandd station

The massage parlor downstairs was really excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient. The department stores nearby are even better for shopping than those downtown. Bangkok truly is a unique place. The swimming pool water was very clean, and as soon as we entered the room, the staff had already folded the towels into an elephant shape, which made the kids very happy. Plus, the geographical location is superb.

I will defo back to this next time when i travel to Thailand. Wonderful place!!!
