Overall the hotel is good, but definitely not worth 5 ⭐️. The biggest disappointment is the dirt, it would be nice to clean the rooms better, the glasses and dishes are dirty. We had a room with access to the pool and it was very convenient, the pool was spacious. I was pleased with the sauna and hammam in the gym.

Location: A little far away from the city and a bit far from other attractions. Room: Check-in has direct access to the swimming pool and is far away from the hotel lobby entrance. The corridor is very dark at night and a bit spooky! The balcony with direct access to the swimming pool has a lot of bird droppings on the lounge chairs and has not been cleaned. Some birds also bathe by the pool and are afraid to swim due to hygiene issues. The balcony door of the room often had problems and could not be locked or closed. I called the staff to repair it and it disappeared. Security issues: While waiting in the lobby when I was out, a man suspected of being mentally ill or intoxicated rushed into the hotel and waved a sharp weapon. There was a problem with the hotel's security arrangements.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Most of the staff provide good service, but the counter staff (some) talk about personal matters* loudly. At the counter during check-in

乾淨衞生方便

Big room with pool access. Good privacy but room is a long walk from lobby. The bathroom is also big with a beautiful vintage bathtub. Overall is quite good. Suitable for families or couples but not good for travelers with no private vehicle because the hotel is far from public transportation and from city center or any attractions.

The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are okay. Most of them are Chinese people. It has Chinese food and a swimming pool. The waiter can speak a little Chinese and help us take a taxi. The price is three times the listed price. It’s a big pitfall. Be careful with the waiters.

I stayed at this hotel because I was watching a concert. It's not far from the stadium. It's very new, the environment is very nice, and it's very cost-effective. ps: The hotel requires check-in at 14:00, so if you arrive early, you can only wait in the rest area. Just pay attention to this.

Location was close to the stadium but far from downtown Bangkok. The pool was nice but it is overlooked by the car park and coaches.
