They deliberately didn't offer a breakfast option when booking through Trip.com, and then tried to rip me off at the hotel! Breakfast for two was 800 THB, but the food was only worth about 50 THB.

The room was generally clean. I originally booked a superior room but upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival for an additional fee. The only slightly inconvenient thing is that you can't modify your booking once it's made. There were a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the food quality was decent. In the evenings, there are plenty of food stalls around, and the entire street has five 7-Elevens, all very convenient. Right next to the hotel is the King Power duty-free shop, so you can pick up your purchases directly at the airport. The hotel's distance to the ARL (Airport Rail Link) or BTS (Skytrain) is moderate – neither too close nor too far. The road near the ARL is currently under construction and a bit difficult to navigate, so if you have luggage, you'll have to walk a bit further. Using the BTS is convenient; it's just a few stops to the Siam central area, making it easy to get to Siam Center, Central World, Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, and Siam Paragon. The Erawan Shrine is also located in this area.

Very clean service professional will come back again

Great place to stay if you're going to a concert at Rajamangala National Stadium! This was my 4th time staying here, and I’ll probably come back again. We originally booked a triple room with breakfast for 3 people, but when we arrived, we were given a Pool Access Room instead. The staff said it was an upgrade. Luckily, one of our friends couldn’t make it, so there were only 2 of us staying, and it worked out fine. But I’m not completely sure it was really an upgrade, since the price for the Pool Access Room with breakfast for 2 is actually cheaper than what we paid. The location is super convenient and the facilities are good overall. Another small issue was some dust on the bedsheet under the blanket. I didn’t notice it at first, but when I got into bed, I could feel it irritating my skin. It was already around 2 a.m., so I didn’t want to call the staff and wait, so I just wiped the dust off myself and went to sleep. Other than that, I had a good stay overall.

Amazing hotel! I stayed here for the Blackpink concert, and I was so excited to see a Lisa standee right when I walked in! The hotel breakfast had a great variety, offering Chinese, Western, and Thai options. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the beds were all clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also wonderful! 100% recommend!

30 minutes from the airport. They offer Chinese options for breakfast, and the service is consistently good.

The location is great for those who want to attend the concert or event at Rjamangala stadium. Also, staff was nice and friendly but there were Chinese tourists who make a lots of noise in the early morning and wall's room is not that thick which really annoying and disturbing.

Very good and clean, plus there's a gym and a pool. The items sold in the hotel shop aren't overpriced either. Recommended!

Room was extremely loud in the morning. The hotel needs to sound proof their rooms for comfortable sleep. Hotel was far away from downtown and most attractions. There is no smart TV.
