Reasonably priced. Breakfast was just okay. The front desk service was excellent. It's located behind a park, but there's not really much of a view. Good for budget travelers. It's just a short walk to King Power Duty-Free and there are plenty of 7-Elevens nearby.

Great hotel next to the BTS line. Wonderful park nearby and great view from Parkview rooms. A lot of space, drawers. Wi-Fi works great, staff is very friendly. The only downside is the strange AC work - it was either very cold or very hot.

Excellent! The staff were polite, and the breakfast spread was quite good. Housekeeping was thorough every day. There's a pool, but I was too busy having fun to use it. The hotel offers great value for money. It's just a five-minute walk to King Power, although the food there is a bit pricey. You can find more affordable options at the markets or restaurants near the hotel.

Stay 6 nights. Good value and nice breakfast. Nice park for evening walks which is located directly across the hotel. Quite a lot of eateries near hotel.

The room was nice and quite spacious, with convenient access to the Skytrain. Shopping was easy with plenty of 7-Elevens nearby. It's also very close to the King Power Duty-Free shop, which attracts a lot of Chinese tourists. The only downside was the breakfast; it had limited options, not even eggs.

I just randomly picked this hotel, and after seeing the reviews, I only booked one night as it seemed pretty average. The good thing is there's plenty of parking. In the bathroom, the only complimentary toiletries were cotton swabs, a shower cap, and soap – no toothbrush, which luckily I had brought myself. Overall, the stay was decent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The three most important aspects of accommodation were excellent: 1. The bed was very comfortable. 2. The shower pressure was stable, and the hot water was perfectly fine. 3. The breakfast was abundant with a good selection of main dishes. For a hotel in bustling Bangkok, it has a significant advantage: it's quiet! Tucked away in an alley off the main road, though cars still pass through the alley, the room was completely unaffected by any noise. My 'park view' room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a beautiful small park, offering a calming green vista. Given the car traffic in the alley, the hotel thoughtfully provides a security guard to help guests hail taxis. More importantly, it's quiet without being isolated. Not only is there a small park nearby for walks, but dining, shopping, and exploring are incredibly convenient. You'll find unique street food stalls, fruit stands, plenty of 7-Elevens, highly-rated coffee shops, massage parlors, and it's super close to the King Power Duty-Free shop! You won't even need to bother with night markets if you're short on time. There's also a school nearby, which made the whole area feel safe and comfortable. Regarding transportation, the BTS/MRT station for tourist attractions is not far, about a 10-minute walk. The ARL (Airport Rail Link) station to the airport was mapped at 15 minutes, but due to road construction, it actually took me 25 minutes – still convenient, though. I recommend taking a taxi to the hotel. When you leave, if you have time and want to try something different, you can take the ARL; it'll take about the same time to Suvarnabhumi Airport as a taxi (especially during traffic). The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent! The desk was perfect for working or studying. There's a fridge, a safe, slippers, and two bottles of water provided daily. The only minor drawback is that some details of the room facilities show their age, perhaps on par with a 3-star hotel domestically. Like many hotels in Thailand, it doesn't provide toothbrushes or combs. But these are minor issues that don't overshadow the positives. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I think this is one of the better hotels in the same alley. You might want to compare it with others and let me know your thoughts! Oh, and the park has slides and other play equipment, so many locals come to walk, run, and bring their kids to play. It's a great choice for families too.

This was my second stay here. The accommodation is clean and conveniently located, but I was a bit confused by the hotel's policy. Before booking, I asked on their Facebook page if I could leave my car there after checking out. The page confirmed that I could, and I just needed to inform the front desk (there might be a charge for overnight parking if picking up the car after midnight). However, on check-out day, the front desk told me there would be a 50 baht charge per hour for parking after 4 PM, which contradicted the information provided on the hotel's Facebook page.

The room itself is pretty good, but the hallways are open-air, so it gets really hot walking through them. The service, though, is excellent and very welcoming. If you don't have an umbrella, you can borrow one from the front desk in the parking area. There are lots of massage places and restaurants near the hotel, and three 7-Elevens are all within easy reach. Plus, it's super close to King Power Duty-Free.
