The staff was excellent and the room was great. Especially for the price and location, hard to beat

Email correspondence prior to check-in was prompt & onsite service was great. Breakfast spread was also varied & delicious. So was their restaurant Calm, guests enjoy a 10% discount. Room layout was smartly planned & it was clean + spacious with large windows. The hotel is situated away from the main street so it was quiet. Directions - exit 3 from Sukhumvit station, turn left towards sukhumvit suites & walk all the way straight. Turn into the alley between radisson blu & carlton hotel. You can whatsapp/call for their complimentary in-house tuktuk to pick you from radisson blu. Otherwise, just walk all the way in for about 5-7mins. Will stay again.

Locates in a quiet neighborhood, but was a little far from public transportations. Though the hotel provides free tuktuk pick ups and drop offs to the Main Street, but it was still not very convenient. The breakfast was okay, but very little change of varieties. The staffs were all very helpful and friendly.

Amazing!! The hotel is centrally located near public transport, but it's on a quiet street. They have free tuktuk shuttle service to and from the main road, which saves walking the distance. The entire hotel is ocean themed and everything feels well put together. It's very clean, the breakfast is large and tasty, and the service is fantastic. They let us store our bags there during the day before a late flight, and even let us use their showers before we went to the airport! The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and garden area with seating looking out over the city. We're absolutely planning to stay here when we return to Bangkok in a few months!

I stayed in a standard room and a suite for a while, and I felt very good. The room was bright and transparent, with complete facilities. I felt that the store was doing it with care. The breakfast was rich, with many choices, and the local area was a little different every day. There was a shuttle bus to the main intersection, and you could also walk there. The alley was clean and bright, and it was safe at night.

You need to wait for the hotel's tuk-tuk to get out of the hotel, but everything else is fine. This hotel has been in business for more than 8 years and has been renovated several times. There are many changes compared to when I stayed there 5 years ago.

Hygienic, clean and good service. The rooftop swimming pool and rest area are small and beautiful. The room is new, but the air-conditioning outlet is facing the bed, which can easily cause dry cough. It's a pity that the two room types I stayed in for these six nights were on the lower floors.

This time I only stayed one night, but it was a very good stay. The staff were very kind, and even though my flight was late at night, they kept my luggage safe and said I could use the shower at the rooftop pool. I didn't have time to use the shower, but I was able to use the rooftop for my final packing, which was very helpful.

The overall style is beautiful and the service staff are great! The only traffic road is in an alley, but there are shuttle tuk-tuks that can be used for free. The overall experience is very good👍The price is also very affordable
