Perfect location, not much of a walk to central world Bangkok, night markets close by

This is a great location close to all the malls - Platinum fashion mall, central world, etc. It's about a 10min scooter ride to the malls. The rooms are spacious and the AC is individually controlled not central heating/air. They also provided free water every day in your room as well as a coffee station in the lobby area. This is a good place to stay if you want to be close to the malls and shop. I was able ro check in upon arrival (12:30 pm) even before the 2pm check-in time. They also allowed us to store our luggage after check out.

It was clean and everyday they change towels which I really am happy about it. Very accessible to the big malls and Pratunam and has nearby MRT going to the Suvarnabhumi airport. The only problem is sometimes the drivers, especially when you’re using the Thai app Bolt for transport, they can’t read the exact location and drop you off to another hotel on the opposite street. Better use grab or better yet just use MRT and BTS because traffic is worst in the area especially during the rush hours. PS. forgot to take photo of the room but it was nice, they have bathtubs.

Not bad. But when I stayed in this hotel I had an issue with getting to mrt cuz the road was closed.

My recent 4-day, 3-night stay at the Bangkok City Link Hotel was a positive experience that offered good value for money. The hotel's greatest strength is its location, providing incredibly convenient access due to its proximity to the Airport Rail Link (ARL) Ratchaprarop station, making airport and city travel a breeze. Beyond the excellent transit links, the internal experience was also pleasant, highlighted by the consistently friendly and helpful staff, as well as the small but appreciated perk of a free coffee machine available to guests. The main challenge faced during the stay was a significant logistical issue for transportation outside of the rail system. Due to ongoing construction work directly on the main road in front of the hotel, ride-share services often struggled to pinpoint the location. Grab drivers frequently had difficulty efficiently locating the exact drop-off and pickup spot, causing delays and confusion for my trips. For future guests, while the hotel is highly recommendable for its amenities and ARL access, it is wise to be prepared for potential hurdles when relying on ride-share or taxi services and perhaps plan to meet drivers a short distance away from the immediate construction zone.

Stayed here multiple times! As long i’m in bangkok, this is my top choice! for the price point, clean room, beds, toilets, even included a bathtub!

We love everything except for the location it is a bit hard for the drivers to locate the hotel. But overall we love the place and would still love to go back. Also kudos to the two receptionists for helping my partner pulled off the bday surprise. Plus they are very helpful thank you for accommodating our room change request, you guys are the sweetest thank you so much

Good place

The staff very nice and service is good . They have welcome drink and snack for us.

One of the most shady looking hotel I’ve stayed in, no amenities hidden in an alley. The toilet sink is as small as the airplane toilet. The room smelt mouldy and wet. You can hear everything that’s going on outside from your room. It’s cheap but you can find better ones outside at this rate.

My Dad likes it here. So we're staying this for like everytime we're in Bangkok. The location is great.

The hotel is overall clean and value for money. But the mineral water given got weird taste so I buy my own mineral water. The main road access is under construction so grab / bolt drivers might have hard time looking for it. The WiFi is very slow in room, almost unusable. And the sound proofing is quite bad. But other than that everything else was fine, can’t complain much as it’s really affordable, we booked 3 nights for rm500+ only 👍

Every time I visit with friends, I choose this hotel. The price is great and the location is good.

I stay at lvl 5, Quite noisy in the morning . The temperature of water shower is not consistent. Very near to the public transport. Customer service is good especially cleaner
