The breakfast offers freshly cooked noodles, and a good variety of eggs to choose from. The room is quiet and the location is excellent. There are many massage shops nearby, and a shuttle bus service to the BTS Skytrain station. There's also a rooftop bar, though unfortunately it rained, so I couldn't enjoy the night view.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Rak, the Manager, who assisted me with my room reservation and recommended several great places to visit. His service was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Everything was excellent and truly felt like a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Disappointing in Some Areas The hotel itself is decent and the staff were generally pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needs more attention. The room looked fine at first glance, but the corners of the room were visibly dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better attention to detail. The location is also not as ideal as expected. Although the hotel is within walking distance of Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, getting around by car can be quite inconvenient due to the heavy traffic in the area. (all.accor.com) The tuk-tuk shuttle service is not very flexible, with a 30-minute interval. It would be more useful if the shuttle could take guests to more convenient destinations rather than mainly the main road or Asok BTS station, especially since Asok BTS is already relatively close to the hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but I feel the cleanliness and shuttle service could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

The room was a bit dated but clean and tidy, and the towels were dry. The hotel offers a shuttle service to near Terminal 21, but there are only two daily shuttles if you want to go to Emsphere. The bathroom has a very large bathtub. The rooftop bar is nice and lively.
