Just another photo shopped false advertising. In a filthy area, the building is a typical thai old building where locals rents cheap rooms on a monthly basis. And then they do som basic renovations , a newer reseption area and calls it a 3 atar hotel and hpotoshop pictures. And in one of the most uninviting streets i have been in i thailand. This trend is very dissapointing, but i have seen it devolp over the years. Stay away, There is nothing positive here. I do 4 months of hotel trevel yearly and never writes reviews, but i am getting fes up with theese misrepresentations destroying many valuable holidays and make me waste my hard earned money on fake advertasing.

Stayed here for a week. My whole stay was pleasant and great. The room is tidy and the staffs are great too, they can communicate well enough with the tourists. The place is surrounded by a LOT of food stalls, local restaurants, and cafes, you can walk around the streets and see many local food stops. There are other businesses within the area such as laundry shop, barber, salon, and a grocery store. The best place to book your accommodation without compromising your budget.

The hotel is located in a residential area, quite a distance from the city center. It takes about an hour to get to downtown by bus. There are plenty of dining options and several supermarkets nearby. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor; you can clearly hear conversations and the TV from next door.

Last week, right in front of the hotel where I'm staying, there's a Seven-Eleven convenience store, making it incredibly convenient to grab food and daily essentials anytime. The lobby has a stylish design with a clean, fresh feel, and the comfortable sofas were perfect for relaxing while waiting for a taxi. The guest rooms offer ample space for this price range, allowing for a truly restful stay. The surrounding area is dotted with delicious Thai and Myanmar restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of flavorful dishes at affordable prices—highly recommended!

The hotel’s location is excellent, with shopping areas, local food, and native delicacies all conveniently nearby. It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. However, my mother was looking for an electric kettle so we could reheat water for coffee or tea, and unfortunately, none was available. While this was a small inconvenience and we managed without it, having an electric kettle in the room would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated in a very busy street with did vendors and stores right outside. This is really great but it can get noisy, especially at night. It’s generally clean although there are spider webs in the bathroom. Staff is ok, some are really sweet and helpful. It’s a good budget hotel
