Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit

During my stay, I was bitten by fleas in the pool area, resulting in red, swollen, and allergic skin reactions. When I reported it, the hotel denied any responsibility. I'm extremely disappointed that this happened at a five-star hotel; it completely ruined my vacation. I advise other travelers to choose carefully.

The hotel and its facilities are very new and clean. The room is spacious enough to open three large suitcases, and the bathroom is big, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The housekeeping staff also clean very thoroughly. Overall, the stay was a great experience. The hotel's pool, sauna room, gym, and other facilities are all clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms isn't great; sometimes you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The location is about a 10-minute walk from BTS Asok station, so you'll need an umbrella if it rains. However, there are shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping convenient.

The hotel's biggest advantage was its location, just a 5-minute walk from Terminal 21 and Asok Station! EmSphere and the Korean Town were also right nearby, making it a great spot for shopping and getting around. 👍 We were assigned a room on the 24th floor, so the view was absolutely amazing!!! The delicious breakfast had a great variety of egg dishes, which I loved. And I was so touched to see kimchi stew available too. The pool, gym, and sauna weren't huge, but they were very clean, so I was satisfied! If I come to Bangkok again, I'd definitely stay here. Everything was great for the price, so I highly recommend it. ❤️

I booked this hotel after searching for one near Asok Station, and I was extremely satisfied with its location, service, and room condition. Thanks to the thoughtful service, it's a hotel I'd love to revisit.

My overall experience at this hotel was impressive. First and foremost, the location is excellent, right next to the business district, making it very convenient for both commuting and shopping. The front desk service was professional and efficient; the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel right at home. The room design was simple and modern, clean and tidy, with comfortable and soft bedding, and good soundproofing, ensuring a high-quality sleep experience. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, was well-equipped, and had a stable hot water supply. The breakfast offered a rich variety, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options, fresh ingredients, and commendable taste. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's executive lounge provided attentive service, and the afternoon tea quality was decent. Although some facilities were a bit dated, they were well-maintained and still functional. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel.

The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven just a two or three-minute walk away. Turn left for three large shopping malls, or turn right for Terminal 21. Honestly, this area is more suitable for young people. For families with elderly members and young children, walking to the MRT station or the malls can feel quite far. The hotel has a five-star, classic luxury hotel decor, so be prepared to see many foreign tourists and also encounter Thai weddings being held there. The breakfast was pretty good, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. Also, the hotel is willing to accommodate late check-out requests, which is a great service. However, it was a bit awkward when my room card stopped working the night before check-out.

Our family's stay at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit was absolutely perfect! The hotel's facilities are brand new and comprehensive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing our whole family to get plenty of rest throughout our trip. The hotel's location is also superb, with convenient access to transportation, dining, and shopping nearby, making it stress-free for a family traveling together. The front desk staff and all other departments were friendly and enthusiastic. Every aspect of our experience was top-notch, making it an absolutely flawless stay. I highly recommend it to families planning a trip to Bangkok. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance!

The room was spacious, and the housekeeping service was a lot of fun – they folded many interesting towel animals, which I loved. We also had a view of the pool from our room and went swimming every day. It's a shame I accidentally left my float by the pool when we checked out.
