The location is good, but it's strange that there's no one at the reception desk. I have no complaints about the cleanliness or anything else considering the price. It's a bit of a waste overall.

Great value for money, and super close to the MRT.

Location is poor. Busy 24/7 road combined with bad noise isolation makes stay unpleasant if you are looking for calmness. Almost nothing around but few small shops. Going to the center is difficult as you need to use metro with one change or taxi. Metro would take like 35 minutes, taxi about 15. There were instructions to get a key. Got instructions on the WhatsApp call. Host didn't answer on messages when I ask for some help. Water pressure is low, it's hard to even wash hands properly. In flat only 2 tea cups and a teapot. No cutlery but it. Room itself was clean and well prepared. Metro Bang O is right near the hotel. I suggest to find other places on the other side of the river with no huge roads around.

This is a very simple place to stay but met all the basic necessities, especially having AC! Having the Line app is helpful when arriving late.

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor

It is noisy the whole night as the place is close to road. Sometime, the room is trembling by movement of big car on the road.

It's worth the price. It's a budget accomodation with basic amenities but it is what you paid for. It's only 20 min by car from Don Mueang airport and 3 min walk from Bang O metro station. They provide taxy ride to the hotel on your request. If no one is at the reception, when you arrive, call the number on the door and they will give you password and instructions how to get the key card from the small boxes on the right of the door.

The room is comfortable, looks clean and white. There is a housekeeper who takes care of the room. She came to ask questions, was cute, provided good service, and recommended a place to eat. If I go to work in that area again, I will definitely go back to stay here again.

Quite poor, self-service check-in, waited for a long time

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The window faces the road and it's very noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. You need to check in by yourself, and you can't store your luggage. I called the customer service, but they only spoke Thai and hung up after two sentences.

Minimal style room, cute, clean, good service, friendly, located on the main road, easy to get to, lots of food, will definitely use the service again when I have a chance.
