Very clean room, very spacious room, amenities are very good, location is very good as well! Many good food surrounding and it is near Sala daeng train station! Quiet as well, so it's easy to rest.

Wonderful quiet and comfortable stay in Bangkok. The room was ideal, perfect size. Stayed 4 nights. The lady who runs the place is so patient, friendly and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Really liked this place. Down a relatively quiet ally. Staff are there if you need them but are also unobtrusive. Nice coffee and local food nearby. Silom station and lumphini park about 10 min walk away. Would stay again.

Everything about the hotel was good. However, I couldn't sleep because of the sparrows on the roof of the second floor that were chirping from early in the morning. The pillows were also a bit high. However, it was still great for the price. They were kind.

The room is very spacious and quiet, and everything is very complete. The proprietress is also very enthusiastic and will tell us where there are fun things to do. It is a very good B&B, and the location is only a few hundred meters from the subway station. The only drawback is that there are few places to eat nearby.

Lovely place, renovated super clean rooms, very friendly service, location just perfect if you choose to stay in Silom. In a quiet side road right in the middle of the action, didn’t think something like that exists in busy, noisy Bangkok. Very friendly service as well, definitely will come back!

Very cute peaceful hotel. It’s situated in a little alley so the area is quiet despite being a few minutes walk from metro, sky train and the main road. Lots of food and drink options around. Silom is a great area for shopping and going out. The hotel room was very nice, clean and spacious. It had a fridge and good air conditioning. No meals on offer but some snacks and beverages available. The lady at the reception desk was very caring and knowledgeable. She gave us a lot of tips.

Excellent stay. Super clean room, no dust, no mold. Very cosy and homely vibe. Had a fridge, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer in the room. Very comfortable bed & couches. It's a small property tucked in a cosy and peaceful neighborhood. The interior justifies the name Urban House. Do note that it's not a full-service hotel per se, rather a fully functional friendly guesthouse at a very prime location. Excellent location. At a walking distance to Lumpini Park, BTS station, restaurants, roadside eating joints, ATMs, Seven Elevens. But what makes it exceptional is the host. She was very helpful, and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. She was super friendly and explained the directions, gave us tips to shortcuts, even helped to get taxis. I couldn't expect more. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I'll come back here again instead of a fully fledged hotel for my future trip to Bangkok.

We loved this little spot tucked in amongst the bustle and high rise buildings of Bangkok. It was like coming home to your own little oasis after a busy day exploring the city. There was a BTS and MRT station very close to you within easy walking distance so accessibility was great. Lumpini Park was also just a 5 minute walk away through the ground floor of a nearby apartment high rise where a 7/11 was also located although it closed at about 6.30. We loved all the little extras eg a cloth to put on the big sitting bench to protect it from your bags; special cloths to wipe your luggage down. Although it wasn’t serviced you had access to clean towels should you have felt the need to change yours. The room we had was spacious with a separate little lounge which was great to relax in rather than just sitting on your bed. The shower was just perfect and separate from the toilet which is often not the case in more affordable accommodation. I love a space with windows on to a view and this was on to the little lane where the locals went about their daily routines. Quin was so hopeful and organized transport when it was needed and was able to give advice when needed. We would definitely stay here again
