The room is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, is it normal to have a Bible in the drawer?

The hotel looks quite nice. Upon entering the lobby, you'll find a 'hui' shaped (horseshoe-shaped) hall with rooms distributed around the perimeter, giving it a high-end feel. There's even a small tricycle in the lobby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and offered a welcome drink. Overall, I recommend staying here.

This is truly great value for money. In cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen, a room like this would cost several times more.

Fantastic experience. Was there a few days after my birthday and they made my stay extra special. Great amenities and service. Location was convenient too for a short stay in town.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was large and comfortable. The front desk and concierge staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast quality was good; although there wasn't a huge variety, it was sufficient and nothing went to waste.

During weekday, there is huge traffic, make sure you have enough time before you call a grab or Taxi. The gym had classes which guest can take, it was a good workout session. Breakfast buffet changed menus every day, making sure that your stay would have varieties of food.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The service was excellent, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job every day. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it was tolerable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Good, but expensive. The only really negative point was that the room and the air coming iut of the AC was a bit smelly. Unfortunately, this is a very common issue in Thailand.

The hotel is located in the city, and the rooms are spacious and bright. They offer airport transfer services, which are paid but cheaper than a taxi. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to get to several famous large shopping malls.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is nice, and the room isn't cramped. I'm not sure why it felt a bit humid, as Thailand's humidity isn't particularly high. The duvet and pillows both felt damp. Maybe the hotel uses a humidifier?

Located nearby Makkasan ARL, thus transportation from and to Suvarnabhumi airport is very convenient. The check in and check out very smooth with a full smile from all hotel staffs. The room is spacious and comfy.

Had a good stay here. Staff were really friendly and made things easy the whole time. The premium suite was honestly really nice, especially with the jacuzzi right in the bedroom. Would stay again.

I wasn’t really happy with the front desk service. They weren’t rude or anything, but the whole experience felt pretty frustrating compared to other hotels in the same price range. I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year, so I’ve seen how smoothly this process usually goes. They asked me to email a copy of my ID, while most hotels nowadays can just take a quick photo from my phone at check-in. Then the staff kept insisting the attachment didn’t come through, even though I showed that it was attached and successfully sent. I was also asked whether I had stayed here before and was required to leave a 2,000 baht deposit. I understand every hotel has different policies, so the deposit itself wasn’t really the issue. It just felt a bit excessive considering the room rate, and the overall interaction made me feel like I was being treated with unnecessary suspicion instead of being welcomed as a guest.
