Outdated and worn furniture, cleanliness and pests factor in my scoring. The furniture and walls were all damaged and worn down from damaged tables to worn down floor boards. Upon check in, we located a pair of black socks underneath the bed and a drawer full of trash. The shower was very dirty in the crevices and around the shower door area; and you definitely did not feel clean after showering. The shower head was cheap and sprayed in all directions but your body. The sink faucet was very loose and and needed to be held down to turn on and off. And then, late at night while using the restroom, I killed two very small clear cockroaches on two separate occasions, one on the mirror and one running across the bathroom sink counter. Also, no hand soap to properly wash your hands. I chose a double bed room, and if you're okay with these issues, then this place will suit you well for the price. I would not book again with this place. Didn't think to take any photos of the issues until I was about to leave and found trash in a drawer.

My stay this time was quite disappointing, and the cleanliness was subpar. All they did daily was change the trash bag; the bedsheets were yellowed. The facilities were also very outdated; the wooden floorboards were peeling. The main issue was with the front desk service: the older staff member who checked me in was cold and perfunctory. When I asked questions, their responses were impatient and vague, and the check-in process was drawn out. There was no polite language used throughout, showing a complete lack of service awareness. This significantly affected my first impression upon arrival, and the overall service experience was severely inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. Extremely disappointed.

It’s convenient location. Easy to find restaurants nearby. MRT also near. Quite good tho.

Worst experience ever! If I hadn't been unable to cancel, I would have moved out after the first night. The location is great, but the hotel is very old. The front desk is often unattended, and the rooms are 70s-style. The duvet on the bed was yellowed and had various bloodstains. The bathroom was very basic marble. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear the next-door room closing their door in the morning. I locked the door every night because I felt so unsafe. I do not recommend booking this place.

Room was not that bad but a but dusty inside. The location is just perfect but if it could be cheaper that this would be great.

Overall nice place with tidy rooms. Not everything enlisted was there (soap missing for example). Checkin and out were done in no time. Would be happy to come again.
