The hotel is conveniently located near Asok BTS station, making it easy to get to the city center and other areas. The hot water temperature and pressure were excellent, exceeding expectations. Despite being close to the road, I hardly heard any traffic noise.

The hotel is wonderful! The location is very convenient: close to the BTS, MRT, airport link, and a huge shopping mall. The hotel staff are very polite and kind. The room is clean, always has hot water, and good water pressure. There's a pleasant swimming pool with a beautiful view. We had breakfast at the hotel and were very satisfied! It's a European-style buffet with a great selection and delicious fruits.

- The rooftop pool is very small. - It would be better if the gym provided water and music. - The location is excellent, close to Terminal 21, just a 5-minute walk away. - The staff are very friendly. - The breakfast is abundant, with delicious fruits, noodle soup, and fried eggs.

The phone in the room didn't connect to the front desk; I had to guess and dial '0' to reach them. The balcony chair was broken. There was no security chain on the room door. The anti-slip mat in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Throughout the day, there was an intermittent machine operating sound in the room (see video).

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with three 7-11 convenience stores nearby and a great selection of massage parlors. It's easy to get around from here. Terminal 21 is also very close, so you can grab food from the food court anytime. Highly recommend it to friends!

Great hospitality from all the staff - they will open the door, greet and accommodate all your requests where possible. A quiet and comfortable room not too far from the elevator. Beddings are comfortable with 4 pillows. Aircon powerful. Water pressure is decent as well. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to use the pool - I will do so in my next stay. Get the balcony rooms if you are a smoker. The only downside is that the restaurant closes by 2030hrs so it is not possible to request ice cubes for a cold drink.

As always im always feel welcome by the hotel staffs. They always remember me as i have always been booking this hotel for my last few trips.

we stayed in the Arte hotel for 4 days, the hotel room was super super beautiful with a super good view from the 4th floor, in the room there is a lot of space and there are all the things that you could need, the shower was really good, spacious and warm, the location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect with being within walking distance of terminal 21 multiple 7-11's and the train and metro stations. The staff was super sweet especially the people at the door and outside were the cars arrive, we went to swim 1 evening in the pool on top of the hotel and it was amazing the pool and the pool area is really beautiful and the view was amazing directly from the pool, the only thing is that on the website it doesn't say that there now is a super high building right across the street, that is not written anywhere on the website. my only criticism is on the breakfast which had a really poor selection of western food especially for a 4 star hotel, and the quality of the food was really poor at 7 in the morning the bread already seemed like it was outside from hours and the breakfast had just been open from 5 minutes, however there where some hash browns and they were good also the drinks were good, and the breakfast area was really really beautiful with nice staff. overal a really nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay thank you so much!     

Convenient location, a short walk to terminal 21. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but a little dated

Good location. Walking distance from asok station. Lots of food around. Hotel is clean. Staffs are friendly.

The location was great, and it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. Nothing particularly outstanding, but nothing bad either.

Okay however we lost a necklace whilst staying there within the first day and when asked staff they blamed it on us and said we should be putting our stuff in the safe

Everything was great! It would be even better if the soundproofing was a bit better.

It’s 5 mins to terminal 21 and BTS by walk. Services was good.
