It's great to be back again, Mercure Hôtel. Soi 11. This trip is from 19 june to 23 June 2024 Check in greathing staffs so friendly I'm so surprised they remember my name. Feel like 2nd Home. Been stay this hotel number of times . Staff named Mr Ken was so helpful . Thank you so much, Mercure Staffs You have a very wonderful team.

Good location , Good Hotel. Everything is nearby just down the hotel. Plenty of choices in food and transportation. Staff is friendly, rooms were clean. Good breakfast.

Fair price, comfortable bed. Pool, gym & bar by the pool closes at 8 pm which is too early. It’s in the middle of soi11 mess, so it’s a good choice to be there if that’s what you are looking for. The service by the pool need to be improved, the staff is there everyday, looking at his phone instead of actively serve the guests. (See picture attached)

Location good with restaurant and bar serounding,hotel provide free Tuk tuk suttle service to BTSnana station,terminal 21 opposite of Bumrungrad hospital,feop off only.gd service staff especially Ken

Mostly a pleasant hotel. Unfortunately several guests recklessly violate the existing pool rules by being very loud and/or jumping into the water. Since compliance with these rules is never controlled by the hotel, it is impossible for guests, seeking peace and quiet, to relax undisturbed at the pool.

The view from my room was great and much bigger than I imaged. The pictures on the add don’t sell the room well they are very spacious ! The staff is friendly and helpful and have good English I would recommend this hotel if you want to be in the action , good location

the hotel is located in area with pubs so tend to be noisy during the night, but cannot hear it from the room. A lot of massage places along the street so very convenient.

We appreciate the location for its proximity to many popular destinations. There are numerous eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, the massage parlors are relatively clean and affordable.

Great hotel in the middle of soi 11. Enjoy the club lounge access, staff were welcoming and helpful making our stay enjoyable. We were in a room facing Soi 11 and the music from clubs & bars could be heard until 1.30am, this is not the hotels fault but in future I would ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Best location if you want to party. Many restaurants and bars within 1 min walk. Near Nana BTS. Staff were polite and rooms were great. Only 1 con, walls were thin Highly recommended though

Nice hotel I had a problem with my room with a smell of mildew, They were very nice and changed my room with no problem ! Nice comfortable room Bed and pillow very comfortable, about 10 or 12 English channels on the TV. 2 bottles of water in the fridge for free. Good water pressure and hot water Only stayed 1 night and did not have breakfast Nice area for nightlife ! I will be staying again in October for 5 nights
