Excellent hotel! The environment is great, and they even have a pool and a gym. The front desk staff were especially patient and helpful, which is a huge plus for foreign guests who don't speak the language well. I'd definitely want to stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were drawn to the spacious and bright ambiance. The wooden walls, paired with soft lighting, created a warm yet upscale atmosphere. The front desk service was efficient and professional, and the check-in process was handled with great care. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The pillows were just the right height, and I slept soundly all night without any back pain. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; even though we were near a public area, we heard virtually no noise. The biggest surprise was the lush greenery view from the balcony. Sitting on the rattan chair at night, enjoying the gentle breeze, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel also features an outdoor lounge area and a glass-walled restaurant. You can sunbathe and enjoy coffee during the day, and it transforms into a romantic setting in the evening. The overall design seamlessly blends natural elements with a modern minimalist style, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality accommodation experience!

I've stayed here many times and I'm always impressed. This time, the hotel upgraded my room; it was incredibly spacious and even had a washer-dryer, which is super convenient if you're staying for a long time or have another trip planned. The room was large, and the bathroom was spotless with an automatic toilet seat that always startles me when it opens as I walk in, but the warmth of the seat cover, just like in Japan, is something I absolutely love. I really enjoy the hotel's atmosphere, location, and service.

Very very atmospheric apartment, loved everything about it , design, style, amenities and convenience. Also just 20 min drive to Mueang airport if no traffic. Bathtub a bit scratched but there a minor issue. Spacious bathroom is fantastic.TV had bbc. Would stay here again.

The room is great and spacious, and housekeeping cleans it daily. The best part is that the MRT station is right outside, making it super convenient to get around. There are also large supermarkets nearby, and the Jodd Fairs Night Market is just a 5-minute walk away.

This hotel in Bangkok is incredibly easy to get to, very close to the MRT, markets, restaurants, and shopping malls. Everything was excellent. It's perfect for families. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided truly amazing service.

The hotel is near Terminal 21, and they offer a free shuttle bus every half an hour that drops you off right outside the mall. I checked in at sunset and the lobby view was absolutely stunning, I gasped! The hotel has two pools and a 'private' beach. One of the pools offers amazing sea and sunset views – it was incredibly beautiful and picturesque 🩵 I booked a sea-view room, and it looked exactly like the official photos. Waking up to that ocean view every day really brightened my mood 😌😚. The mini-bar is complimentary and gets refilled every time the room is serviced. I even tried leaving a tip with a note to see if they’d make a towel animal, but no luck! 😆 The hotel has several restaurants and a cafe. I tried the one by the pool; the food was mediocre and quite pricey, so it's probably better to eat out. Terminal 21 truly has so much to explore... it's crazy how much there is to see, I almost couldn't leave! My boyfriend even found some things to buy, but girls will definitely enjoy it more. There are tons of restaurants, and right outside the mall, there's a night market. The grilled crocodile meat was surprisingly delicious – definitely worth a try! 👍🏻👍🏻 The downside of the hotel is that it's a bit secluded, being close to the sea. If you miss the shuttle, you’ll have to call a car to get back. We once walked back from Walking Street, which took about 45 minutes. The hotel provides shampoo and shower gel, but the bottles are very small. If you ask the housekeeping staff, they'll give you more, or you can just buy your own. The air conditioning in the room, even set to the lowest temperature, never got colder. I assume it's pre-set to a minimum temperature. My boyfriend found it not cool enough, but I thought it was okay. Overall, I had a great experience. The environment is beautiful, and the staff were super polite, friendly, and enthusiastic. 👍🏻👍🏻 These aspects really added a lot to my stay. If you have the budget, you really should stay here! 🤓🤝🏻

This is my second time staying at this hotel, mainly because the price is very reasonable for what you get. The location is great—close to many places, with a nice restaurant right in front of the alley and a 7-Eleven nearby (note that alcohol can only be purchased after 11 AM until midnight). My first stay was for a business trip, but this time I came back for leisure travel, which says a lot about how comfortable the stay is. One of the highlights is definitely the bathtub, which is spacious and perfect for relaxing. The room also comes with a balcony and even a washing machine, which is very convenient for longer stays. I also want to give special praise to the cleaning staff—their service is exceptionally good and truly deserves recognition or even a promotion. The room was always kept in excellent condition. The only downside during this stay was at check-out, when I was charged for a small towel that I used to wipe off colored residue from a Lush solid shampoo. Since it was just shampoo, I believe the color would have washed out easily, but I was too tired to argue at the time. Overall, I still think this hotel offers great value for money and would consider staying again.
