Nothing to complain about this 5-star hotel, except 1) the lift is horrible as always full during peak period (hotel to consider sensors to redeploy lift as it’s always full during 9-11am period) and 2) the road construction outside which cause a jam (not within hotel’s control). Gotten quite a good deal for Club room at SGD 280/night. Room is big with 2 double beds for 3 pax.

Spacious room and good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for extra water and there was no extra charge.

The environment is very clean and the location is quite good. However, there's ongoing construction right outside and next to the hotel, so the air quality isn't great. The breakfast, though, was absolutely fantastic! The service was also just right, not too much and not too little. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The linens are high-quality, and the mattress strikes a solid balance between firm support and soft contouring. Despite the hotel being located in the notoriously busy Pratunam district, the soundproofing in the Grand Deluxe rooms is highly effective. Traffic noise from Phetchaburi Road is largely mitigated, allowing for deep, uninterrupted sleep after a long day of navigating the city. Bathroom and Amenities The bathroom feels elevated and spacious, featuring both a walk-in rain shower and a separate bathtub—a premium touch that isn't always standard at this price point in central Bangkok. The hotel provides generous, high-quality toiletries, plush bathrobes, and slippers. Standard room tech is all present and functional, including a 40-inch flat-screen TV, individual climate control that cools the room down quickly, and reliable, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Location Context While reviewing the room itself, it's impossible to ignore the context of the property. Located directly opposite Platinum Fashion Mall and a short 400-meter walk to CentralWorld, this room serves as a strategic base camp. However, this prime location comes with heavy local traffic; while the room offers a quiet escape, getting a taxi from the lobby during rush hour can require patience. Final Thoughts: The Grand Deluxe Room at Amari Bangkok is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers who want space, modern amenities, and a quiet retreat in one of the city's most energetic shopping districts. It firmly delivers on five-star expectations without feeling overly fussy or pretentious

Luxury hotel with an excellent breakfast selection. The location is also great. There's a lovely Chinese lady at the front desk who can provide service in Chinese. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Good location but expect jam in front of the hotel during peak hours. Staff was extremely friendly and the buffet breakfast spread was good. Comprehensive Gym facilities, enjoy the complimentary yoga session. Will stay again in next trip to BKK!

Location is unbeatable! Very near the shopping areas like Pratunam and Siam districts. Walking distance to many exciting places in the area. Service in common areas is topnotch — from the drop off, reception, Prego restaurant, lobby bar, gym and pool areas. You can tell that they’re very highly trained and up to the standards. Just wish they could improve the room cleaning especially in the bathrooms. Hope they can do proper sanitation in those areas. But overall, very enjoyable stay! Still one of our favorites in Bangkok.

The hotel is about a 600-meter walk from the Airport Rail Link, which isn't too far. However, if you've done a lot of shopping, it can be a bit of a struggle due to the uneven streets. It's only about 400 meters to Central World and Big C. The hotel itself is great; they upgraded our room, but even after the upgrade, the room wasn't as spacious as we expected. The breakfast spread is excellent, but it's often full, and you have to wait to be seated. The only downside to the entire hotel is the elevator system. You often have to wait a long time, or when it arrives, it's already full. This definitely needs improvement.

This is my 5th time staying at Amari and it has been the best and memorable experience we had. Service was fantastic, everyone was very friendly polite and kind. I would like to thank Nicha especially, this has been our second time seeing her on our trip and my 2 kids adore her. Her kindness left a great impression on my kids. They won’t stay at any other place other than Amari the next time we are in Bangkok and it’s all because of her. Thank you for the amazing memories that she has left for my 2 kids. Congratulations to Amari, you have a gem in your team.

We booked for 3 pax stay so the 3rd bed was slot into the room. The front desk lady Miny or Midy is very nice and friendly. She took the initiative to assist us for early check in and late check out. I must say their service is excellent. The only missed out points will be, we have 3 pax however toothbrush, towel, bedroom slippers and cup only have 2 sets even on the 2nd day. Overall stay is excellent, I will come back again. Going to Platinum mall and Big C are really very near and convenient. The only downside will be this area is having road construction so waiting time for taxi/grab take quite long.

The hotel is clean and had upgraded. They have tuk tuk service but timing based. Breakfast spread is good enough and staffs are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay

I always goes back to this hotel after so many trips. I like the place and staff are all very nice. this trip I decide to change hotel. 1. the bed board is very dusty 2. the Bfast is getting worst the choice 3. price not worth the bfast and etc. 4. Best are still friendly staff.

Everything was perfect. Nice and helpful staff, great location if you love shopping.
