Ambassador Hotel Bangkok

The location is ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. We also loved the complimentary coffee in the morning and the cozy bar area for an evening drink. If you appreciate a hotel with personality that doesn't skimp on comfort or cleanliness, book the Ambassador. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location, near to leisure, shopping and nightlife. The room was very nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was great also with a large spread of food and multiple cuisines represented (i.e Indian, Chinese and Korean). There is a decent gym with a free weights section that is more than sufficient for people into their fitness that want to maintain during their trip.

Friendly staff good communication, sky wing extra large rooms huge comfy king bed, large walk in shower.

Upon checkin the staff advised me that I would receive a free room upgrade which was nice. The room was clean and in a good location. For people that don’t like to walk just note the rooms in the sky wing are a decent distance from the hotel lobby. The rooms in the square wing are a short walk.

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back when we visit Bangkok

It’s was good I like it but not perfect position good and good service

It’s ok for stay … almost like ******* house as soon as u enter ..

We have tried a few hotels around Soi 11 area and this is the best and we will certainly stay again. It’s a great location to BTS Nana, nightlife and SW 1 market. My only criticism would be that they close the doors to soi 13 and the doors nearest to the sky wing on an evening so it’s a bit of a trek and I’m not sure why they do this.

Location is very convenient, easy to get around. Services have improved and hope to be better in the future
