The room was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. The air conditioning temperature was just right, not too cold, and the hot water was easy to adjust. Plus, there were many spots for taking photos. Food was easy to find, and it was close to tourist attractions. In the morning, they also offered bread, tea, coffee, and water.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it’s within walking distance of Pratunam, Platinum Mall, December’s, and other shopping centers in Bangkok. It’s also conveniently located in the Indian Square area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A big plus is that there’s a 7-Eleven and plenty of street food just a 1-minute walk from the hotel, which makes it very convenient when you need a quick snack, meal, or essentials. One of the best things about the hotel is the currency exchange inside the hotel, which offered very good rates—close to the market rate during our stay. The complimentary bread, coffee, and tea every morning were also a nice touch and a great way to start the day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and they speak English well, making communication easy for international guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well, and the hot shower had good water temperature and pressure. The hotel lobby was also nicely designed and gave a good first impression. Overall, this is a great option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Bangkok, especially if shopping and exploring the Pratunam area are part of your itinerary. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice small hotel with attractive wooden lobby. Friendly reception, all worked very well including good wifi. It was very nice that they offered a basic breakfast, just toast and tea/coffee (you don't need more). Modern good furniture. Close to airport train, 30 min walk to Lumphini Park. About 30 minutes long and inconvenient walk to Petchaburi blue line MRT station Only negative things are that shower cubicle is very small. And room (like many other rooms) have no window Relatively cheap price

Had an comfortable 2 nights stay, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast with aesthetic decor. Love everything about the hotel, just the area is a bit troblesome, have to get stamp everytime me enter the area.

This was my second stay here and it was excellent, offering great value for money. They even provide a simple breakfast. The only downside was that guests from other countries on the third floor, where I was staying, started chatting loudly and going in and out of each other's rooms with their doors open around 4 AM, which disturbed my sleep. It's super convenient to get here: just take the airport express line (as shown in image three) and it's less than a ten-minute walk. Oh, and the massage place right next door downstairs is fantastic! The 7-Eleven across the street also has a wide variety of items.

This hotel is nice and vibes are good. Will recommend tourist to book this if they are at the area!

The best part is near Red line station and center of bkk like platinum mall and central world. You can walk to the station. It is near 7/11. Also Prices to performance is really great for that price. Room is tidy but clea. And also if you are burmese, there is someone who can speak burmese.

I am a regular guest at Chang Siam Inn, visiting twice a year whenever I travel to Thailand. I always choose to stay here because it truly feels like a home away from home. The service and location are excellent—it’s conveniently close to the Airport Rail Link, shopping areas, and there are plenty of massage places nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.

Good location,just 7mins to train station,surrounded by good restaurants and 7/11,close to pratunam market,our room is spacious and clean,free 2bottled water daily,have free simple breakfast..I like the hotel interior design ❤️.staff and friendly and approachable...

I was really glad I booked this hotel. Aside from the fact that it is cheaper than other hotels, it was near Pratunam market which is why I considered booking it. There is a 500baht deposit but it was immediately refunded after checkout. It also has a daily room cleaning and towels are changed everyday. I requested a room with 2 single beds and it was granted. If I go back to Bangkok, I will definitely book this hotel again.
