The building is really old, and it seems like renovations have started, but I hope they speed up the refurbishment. While the room itself was clean, the communal hallways were stained all over, and the wallpaper was peeling. It felt so dirty and gloomy that I really wish they'd re-wallpaper them immediately. It felt more like a guesthouse. However, the low price and the kind staff were a plus. It's a viable option if you need a place to stay for one night, especially for late-night flights.

This hotel is perfectly situated between the five-star VOCO and Le Méridien, making it very easy to find. It's also diagonally across from Japan Street and the night market. The room was a bit old but clean, and the twin room had a small balcony which was great for smoking or getting some fresh air. Breakfast cost 250 baht paid on-site, was Japanese-style, and while the selection wasn't huge, the food was tasty. The internet speed was just okay, and the elevator was quite small. There are plenty of convenient dining and massage options nearby!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly when we returned. The entire hotel smelled lovely, and its central location made getting to any attraction by taxi a breeze. Downstairs, there's a massage parlor and a 7-Eleven, which we frequented daily for supplies. Housekeeping was excellent; my friend left some cotton pads on the table and they were even cleaned and neatly arranged! The area around the hotel is also great, with the Pixel Building visible from our window. We were very satisfied!

The hotel is a pleasant hotel to stay at in the Silom/Surawong area. It is easily walkable to the Samyan MRT Station (connected to Samyan Mitrtown Mall) and the Saladaeng BTS/Silom MRT stations so it's very accessible. Plenty of massage shops and convenience stores in the immediate environs. The hotel might be a bit on the older side but it's still very comfortable and at a good price. The rooms are spacious, the bed is a huge King bed, the regular hotel room amenities are available, the aircon is sufficient to cool the room in this super hot season of 40+ deg and there's a smart TV! The only gripe I have is that the shower head is fixed. I prefer a handeld one. The staff are polite and able to converse in English. If the room rate remains the same I'd likely stay here again.

Overall, great location! The room is clean! Excellent value for money 😃 The only downside is that the shower temperature wasn't consistent; it kept alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold, so I couldn't really enjoy my shower! It would be even better if this could be improved.
