The location of this accommodation is not recommended, especially for first-time visitors to Bangkok. The nearest metro station is far away, and there is nothing decent or convenient within walking distance besides 7/eleven. Overall, the area is quite inconvenient. The rooms are located on what feels like a second floor, with no elevator and only stairs, which makes it difficult to carry luggage up and down. Considering the price, expectations should naturally be lower, which is understandable. However, even taking that into account, the room conditions were not good, and the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom was in bad condition and with bad smell as well. Toilet paper was not even provided, only some tissues. Besides the room was full with mosquitos… Regarding the staff, the service was not welcoming or friendly. In my opinion, they were not very helpful and did not make guests feel comfortable or well received. Additionally, a deposit of 500 THB per person was required. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation.

No TV in the room,and not easy to find the location of the hotel,but the good thing is there was no unnecessary mirror in the room that was amazing

We unfortunately did have different rooms than were on photos, we have had also dirty bathroom so I was not happy a lot. Lastly swimming pool, it was pictured on the front of the hotel and reality was different. I have got just this picture that doesn’t show rooms but we thought it will be in nicer location.

Better room but only stairs high floor, first night some engine noisy cant sleep

Sheets and towels are clean. Room is a bit dirty. Toilet is smelly.

Well everyone is nice and they are very accommodating, the place is good but my only concern is the pool. Its not really clean but so far everything is good.

Quite an unusual hotel – lots of stairs and rather worn-out surroundings. There were no sun loungers by the pool. The biggest downside was the very hard bed covered with plastic, which made it difficult to sleep. On the other hand, it is a budget hotel, so the value for money is adequate. That’s why my rating is 3/5.

This is a nice hotel! It is clean with spacious rooms and access to a pool. Also very quiet during my stay. Due to the location being very residential, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for anyone wanting to see plenty of Bangkok - anything of note will require a taxi or use of the metro. There was a lot of walking involved to get to the 7-11 or nearby restaurants. All round it was good for the price if a little far from the main stretch itself.

This hotel’s budget rooms are actually better than the studio type rooms. I booked studio type room for 3 nights and had to switch twice. The first had a lizard, the second had an old air-con that didn’t cool. I ended up in a budget room and honestly it was cleaner and had better furniture and air-con than any studio type room I stayed in. If you’re staying here, I recommend choosing the budget room. The only downside is there’s no fridge or TV but overall it’s the better choice

The hotel is in very poor condition. The rooms look nice in the photos, but in reality, the hotel is unpleasant to live in: everything is shabby, stained, and shabby... I don't recommend it.

Its different from photos posted on google photos, location is bad, have to walk around 2km to nearest metro station.
