Excellent location in the heart of Silom–Sathorn Close to BTS Chong Nonsi 7-Eleven, restaurants, street food, and markets are all around the hotel Close to King Power Mahanakhon / MahaNakhon SkyWalk The rooms are relatively spacious compared with hotels in the same price range

The location of the hotel is amazing as is the gym and pool which are situated next door. The room size is very big

We spotted a couple of mice outside at the back of the hotel. Our room had an unpleasant smell, and the hotel was extremely stingy with basic supplies—we were given only a couple of towels and barely enough toilet paper. The shower had very low water pressure, and there was no cold water. To make matters worse, we were charged 200 THB to clean a towel that had a few hair-dye stains caused by my partner. The hotel left a very unpleasant and unprofessional note in our room explaining the charge, and even took photos of the towel. We strongly do not recommend this hotel. We had booked an additional three nights at the end of our trip, but decided to cancel them because of this experience. There is a Holiday Inn directly opposite that looks like a much better option. The area itself is highly recommended, but we would definitely advise staying elsewhere.

The hotel is basic and cleanliness needs work. Check in took forever. Booked twin room but given double!

Stayed at this hotel many times, it's satisfactory in the aspect of location, facilities and services. One point let me disappointed this time is the TV set isn't Smart TV. I've been visiting this hotel for more than 5 times last year, rooms were facilitated with Smart TV, and I expected all were replaced in a year time. Especially in tower 2 this time that rooms are deemed as premium. I had talked to the receptionist, but the lady told me smart TV in tower 2 only at 7/F, I know she was telling lie but i have no choice, accept is the only way and its meaningless for argument. Hopefully, I'd like to see such improvement in next visit.

The location is good, 2 minutes walk to BTS station, and the hotel is reasonably clean, there is also access to the gym and swimming pool in another building, as well as a coin laundry. However, hot water from the shower was not consistent.

The hotel location is near to Chong Nonsi BTS. Just a 5 mins walk there’s 7-11 store. Further down there’s a Mac Donald. For guests using Grab or other ride-hailing services, I would strongly recommend arranging pickup and drop-off outside the gantry. Once a vehicle enters the property, a charge of THB 40 applies, regardless of whether it is simply dropping off or picking up guests.
