This hotel was great location and great amenities for the price!

For Bangkok, this hotel is decent. The only issue was a light I couldn't turn off; I spent almost an entire evening trying to find the switch, but to no avail.

The hotel's location is quite good, and the service and environment are decent. However, the facilities are a bit outdated.

After about 3-4 days, the breakfast options keep rotating. So after a few days got bored of the same style and options everyday. But still had a decent amount of options to choose from

When we arrived the room was dirty and the kettle was not working. The cleaning was not done properly and the place was infested with roaches. I had brought home some food from a restaurant wanting to reheat it in a microwave and was told there was no microwave, asked again and was told to dial #2 for room service . When we went downstairs the man who helped to reheat the food was very snappy and unprofessional and the food wasn’t even reheated. Some staff are a bit helpful but overall a bad experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

So so A bit old decoration but clean No late check out 😕 (but can stay until 1pm)

Clean environment, convenient to the place I need to attend to and nearby my friends

Totally cheating. I highly recommend everyone not choose this hotel. I came for the meeting but it ended earlier. I asked information from the receptionist for twice, they asked my travel agency to contact them before 24 hours then it is possible. I asked clearly so that I changed my tickets. When everything was done, the hotel didn’t admit what they said. This was a trick. They only want money. I know leaving earlier is a change so I should ask for confirmation then I dare to change my tickets. But the hotel cheated me. They said that if your agency contact us before 24 hours then it is ok. Finally they didn’t return my money which was 1000 cny. That was totally cheating. At that time I have changed ticket and I can’t return to previous. So everyone please do not live in this hotel. They are not honest and everyone in the reception speaks bad English so they can’t express themselves better. But the concept of hotel is money money and money. They just want money. Please everyone think carefully before you book.
