Stay from 28-31 Jan, 2024 (03 nights) room is large enough for 2 person and quite area. BUT room has a lot of mosquitos in the rooms. Asked staff for mosquitos spray to kill them. Booking was required on special request " set up 2 more pillows" but arrival day not provided. Had to cal for staff to provide. Service cleaning daily is good. ONLY to say I will never come back. My flight was changed by airoine time on my last day on 31st until midnight. Talk to the staff name is Nob for late checkout until 18:00 how much I need to pay? She answer late checkout until 16:00 additional charge is 400 baht and after 16:00 will be applied for full charge. I had told her I stayed there 3 nights and would like hotel offerate checkout 18:00 with additional charge fee is 400 baht onoy instead of 800 baht as hotel policy. She replied so unpolitely anr her face emoticon like not respect customer at all. She said 8ts hotel policy if you want you can talk to manager. I told her you check with your manager and let.me know later is fine. Then 20 minutes later still no feedback from.her then I called down. She said now Iate 23:00 her manager not available then she will handle over to next shift guve me answer around 8:00am. Then fine, next day 8;00am noone contact for feedback then I go down at 8;30am to ask. Others staff said their manager will be available around 9:00am. Then I came back 9:30am they said their manager is in restroom. Then asked me to wait for 10-15inutes. During that time I saw one guy passed by the lobby for few times. Later on he is the one come and told me that he is the MANAGER 😀 I am a bit confused. Because he was there around the lobby and they said he was in the restroom. Then he said the same to me hotel policy full charge for 800 baht if I want to stay longer after 16:00pm. Then I am fine with it, beside that I have told him the staff Nob not good attitude to her customers the day before and he said (manager) she speak English not good and this is 2* hotel then service match with their level, it’s so funny when he said that. That is the basic of hospitality hotel service must have. But they don’t.!!!!! The manager also said he know well about his staff and they are good. Anyway. Problem is about attitude of the staff and manager who was talked to me. As his appearance I did think he was a manager. He was like a worker there only, MUST BE.
