The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was good. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Close to Asoke & terminal 21 Good modern room thats close to everything but still has great privacy. My only negative us that the view from my room was a buliding wall but this happens when your in a big city.

All staffs are friendly and some of staffs recognised guests. The hotel location was very convenient, near BTS and lots of street foods around there. Thank you and I will come back again.

I experienced good service. I requested not to be transferred to twin bed and they agreed that I stay in king size because my roommate was not coming.

Stayed overnight because this area is a free pick up zone for our booked group tour to kanchanaburi. They were able to give us packed breakfast since it s not yet open for guest but they are not able to let us use coffee machine. Concierge service is awesome, we left our luggage and came back after the tour.

I had a wonderful stay at the Manhattan Hotel Bangkok! The absolute highlight of this property is its location. It is tucked into Sukhumvit Soi 15, meaning it’s incredibly close to the hustle and bustle of Terminal 21, Korean Town, and both the Asok and Nana BTS stations, yet just far enough down the lane to offer a peaceful night's sleep.

Checkin Room 511 with side view to adjacent multi storey parking. Dated bedding & defective laminated floor cover with carpet. Housekeeping do not clean up room even I put up the light. They only replace the towel on 3rd day.

The hotel's facilities are really old and the hygiene was poor. When I entered the room, I moved the table and found popcorn everywhere, plus some small bugs. I had to call staff to clean it. The showerhead in the bathroom wasn't clean either, it had a yellowish tint. The hotel breakfast cost extra, but it wasn't tasty and there was very little variety. I definitely won't be staying here again, my family was very dissatisfied! Everyone, avoid this place! Even though the location is good, the cleanliness and facilities are absolutely terrible!!!! Steer clear, folks! 😫

Overall, it was a terrible stay. The bathroom was in awful condition — everything was broken, and it was almost impossible to use it. It’s clear that no one has done any maintenance or repairs for a long time. The room itself was also very disappointing: there wasn’t even a basic mirror, which was extremely inconvenient. That said, the location of the hotel was quite good and convenient, and the breakfasts were decent. However, these positives didn’t make up for the overall poor condition. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spacious big rooms..massage parlors and bars nearby..friendly and attentive staff..

Good location. Near main road. Room spacious. Unfortunately the breakfast is below standard. Not worth paying for it. Been staying at so many hotels in Bangkok, their breakfast does not match their hotel standard. They are under renovation too. Hence if you want peaceful rest in the morning then this hotel does not suite you. Luckily I only come back on evening to stay, hence the renovations does not affect me.

Very good everything. The location is perfect: very close to the famous Sukhumvit road, right in fron of the hotel's street, on the other side of the Sukhumvit, there's the SW1 nightmarket, where you can buy amazing food at very cheap price. Buffet breakfast in the morning is various and good. The room very clean, big and comfortable. Special mention to the TV that can be easily conmectec to the smartphone and allow you to watch everything you want directly from there.

This is my fourth stay here. The location is excellent, right in the alley next to Seremban, close to the main road. You'll find a lot of Indian and Korean people around here. Facilities: Overall, they're pretty decent, especially considering it was 400 a night during peak season. The hotel is quite old, but well-maintained. The only issue was the shower. I was on the 7th floor, and for some reason, the hot water was scalding, and the water pressure was a bit low. The pool is nice and not crowded, but the gym equipment is very outdated. Service: Generally, the staff are friendly and the service is good. However, there's always one bad apple. In the mornings at the gym, there was an old man, wearing a hat and a staff short-sleeved top, who would come in, sit down, and watch videos on his phone with the volume turned up loud. I was quite surprised that a staff member would do something like that!

Very Disappointing Stay – One of the Worst Hotels I’ve Ever Stayed In I stayed at the Manhattan Hotel Bangkok for 4 nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we were given Room 325. The room was in very poor condition—unclean, old, and not properly maintained. We immediately asked the reception to change our room, but the receptionist told us the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. At around 1:00 a.m., a terrible sewage smell started coming into the room, making it impossible to rest. The room was also extremely noisy. We went back to reception, and surprisingly, they were able to move us to Room 513, which made us question why we had initially been told that no rooms were available. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. The bed, towels, and overall cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. Housekeeping and service were very poor throughout our stay. Although the air conditioning was cooling, it felt like it was blowing dust into the room, making the air unpleasant. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know about my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I would definitely not stay here again. — Mazin
