There was no hot water, so I did not take a shower. I told the reception and all they could say was “sorry”. Isn’t that a good reason for a refund? Besides, there was no way to attach the shower head to the wall. The shower itself was moulded. Certainly not a 4* hotel. One positive point: the breakfast (and the Karaoke next to the restaurant).

Local yet high value for money. The restaurant had very nice Thai dishes and Karaoke for free

Very nice Hotel. Comfortable Rooms and nice Restaurant About 15 mins to Don Mueang Airport with a Shuttle Bus service to the Airport at various Times Will stay at this Hotel again

Room and bedsize is amazing. Food is decent, but can be better. Cleanliness needs to be improved especially room cleaning, room amenities such as tea spoon, glass is found dirty very dirty condition. Hot water machine seems to be malfunctioning.

The location is ok with friendly staffs who help me a lot but there is a blackout in the morning I know it is not hotel’s fault but I have to go down by walking from 7th fl so that’s not comfy for me. Other than that , it s fine

The food was cold when ordered room service. The front desk answers like we are bothering her. The elevator is broken at times. The rooms had leaves and residue of hair and dirt. The towels were stained and old. On the positive side the breakfast is one of the best I have had for this room rate.

When we arrive the personal at the front desk just ignore me, they were rude I had to make me notice after a few minutes of being standing in front of them after a long flight. The room smells bad, the toilet was leaking water Everything feels dirty Pay a little bucks more and stay away from these rude people.
